  If there’s a car dealership in heaven it’s bidleman ford. Big statement. Hard to believe but true nonetheless. Backed by more than just my experience as well…Great people who actually care and go above and beyond. There is no better. Thank you Soco, Leah, and Casey and I’m sorry if I spelled your names wrong. Not only will I recommend you forever, I will also only come here because it’s worth every mile in the meaningful experience. I guess I’m now a ford girl forever thanks to you. If you need details, I had a brake problem where I couldn’t drive my car. Every ford dealership close to Syracuse was quoting me three weeks for an appointment to diagnose my brakes for error lights. These people took care of me like I was their family,without knowing me, and I had never even been there before. That kind of customer service experience cannot be topped and I will never forget it. There are only an elite few companies that have delivered something like that in my experience and bidleman ford is one of them. 11/10 recommend

  Complete lack of accountability from sales to management Avoid this dealership if you value your time and peace of mind. After purchasing my vehicle, the sales team completely ghosted me. I left multiple phone calls over several days, and not a single one was returned. When I tried escalating the issue, the management was just as useless. The manager is incredibly hard to reach, lazy, and refuses to take quick action or reply to messages. Due to a typographical error made by their team on my initial paperwork, I need an official letter of correction. They have failed to provide this letter, and they refuse to give me any update or tracking number for my DMV documents. My temporary registration expires in exactly 24 days. I am now facing the reality of being unable to legally drive my car because of their sheer incompetence and total lack of communication. Because nobody at this location cares to do their job, I have officially filed a formal complaint against this dealership through the DMV online portal. Save yourself the headache and buy your car somewhere else.
