I bought a D6750M Tru grade fuel pump for a 2015 gmc Yukon Denali it has the wrong connector for the vehicle it is listed for and the connector is not available that matches the one on your pump judging from all the reviews on your pump that say it has the wrong connector this has been this way for a while how can Auto Zone continue to sell a fuel pump that is absolutely unusable and you know it but have done nothing to correct the problem

My grandfather purchased a stereo for his 20+ yr old car. Some parts were available in store, and others had to be ordered in. He came in to return the items as they didnt fit, with the intention of using the money to purchase a different model. He tried to get a refund on the ordered item that still hasn't been received yet at the store. He couldn't find his receipt. They wouldnt look up his transaction by his rewards or his credit card. He is now out $200 for items that dont fit and an item that hasn't even been received yet. Little effort was made to come up with a solution. Wouldn't even do a return on the item he didnt receive yet. Didn't offer store credit. Didn't offer like item exchange. He is very disappointed, and so am I.

Was very rude when I asked them if I could buy my breaks and rotors and bring the old ones back when I was done I was told I couldn’t do that and when I told them it was my only vehicle so it would be the only way I could do it, they told me it wasn’t their problem and to figure it out. Very unprofessional
