  First time getting in trouble and I ended up with this company and their system. At first, I was hopeful. The first person I spoke to about installation spoke perfect English and was super helpful. Had the system installed without an issue. I assumed I just had to do the time to pay for the crime and then it would be behind me. Well if only getting it removed was as easy as getting it installed. A month past my removal date, the amount of back and forth I was told on what needed to be done was horrible. Finally the hundredth employee I had spoken to said every little thing was perfect but they literally make you jump through hoops for perfect. They said my removal date was set up and I saw the light at the end of the tunnel. Went to my appointment for removal that Intoxalock themselves scheduled, only to find out they had sent a work order with my client ID number but the name and vehicle didn’t match mine. They had a man’s name that didn’t even live in the same state. After 3 customer service employees the first telling me my removal was still waiting on approval, a manager, an hour of wait time, a lot of screaming, which I never do, and a phone call to them by my county clerk, they finally approved the removal AGAIN! I had taken the day off of work for the appointment and honestly thought the removal wasn’t going to happen. Not being able to rely on the words their customer service employees say, and your removal fully depending on their approval makes you feel a sense of being held hostage. I would not suggest using this company as I realized over the last few months the only thing they’re good at is taking your money.
