  We were on our way to the Wyoming County Fair with my grandkids.and got a low tire pressure notification. Got out of the car and noticed a screw in the tire. We back tracked to Cleve Hill's new shop in Arcade NY. They took it right in, fixed it and 15 minutes we were back on our way. Get this, they said no charge! So before leaving I made an appointment to get an oil change and rotate the tires. Outstanding service and super friendly.

  I’ve had work done twice at Cleve-Hill I. Arcade. I love how clean the waiting area is! The mechanics are great! I will definitely be back for more services in the future!

  They found a small hole that other shops have not been able to find. They were able to fit me in without an appointment, quickly found the hole and fixed it, and sent sent me on my way within a half hour. Very prompt, courteous, and helpful! Thank you!

  Never had an experience as nice as this at an auto body shop especially as a woman. They were super informative, not pushy at all and worked to get me a fantastic price AND my car was done in less than 2 hours for a full set of brakes. Could not be more pleased.
