  Billed me almost $120 for tolls without a notice. It wasnt in my agreement or the receipt. Awful communication

  I rent a car every year. We always choose a compact SUV, but when we got there to pick up the car, we were told that they didn’t have any SUVs and we had to take a van instead. The reason he gave us a van was because he says that they’re having issues with people returning the cars on time. How is that my problem? It was going to cost me about 500 more dollars, plus more money in gas. That’s not what I wanted, but unfortunately I had no choice. The guy that was working there was not very helpful at all. As a matter of fact, he was completely rude! He claims he called me, but didn’t leave a message. I don’t answer phone calls when I don’t recognize the number. He should have left a message and I would have called back. He said that I should have answered my phone. Horrible customer service. He said the best thing he could do was waiver the gas for me. But when he gave me the keys, the gas was completely empty. What kind of deal is that? I said something to him he just did not want to work with me at all. So someone else came out and decided to help me because he saw how upset I was getting. His name is Mohammed and he was very nice. He told me that he would take the van and fill it up with gas. Mohammed was great, but unfortunately, I will never be back there again ever!

  Excellent customer care given at this Amsterdam location. I big shout out to Ian for making this part of the process so easy and convenient. He is a kind store manager with customer satisfaction being his goal.

  Every time that I rented a vehicle from there it's only been twice due to accidents that were other people's fault. The vehicles were not clean and they all had mechanical issues so to be honest not too satisfied the people were fine just the vehicles are not up to par

  Booked a rental here and got a call 2 hours before they were supposed to meet me and was informed that they had no cars. Your whole thing is renting cars to people, Enterprise. How do you have no cars?! This has left me completely stuck. An update: I ended up getting another call a couple of hours later and they had a cancelation so I was able to get a car after all. The local staff including the manager Ian took care of me, but the company itself really needs to do better as far as making sure the branches all have the vehicles they need.
