  Mike was great helping to get vehicle we needed for funeral. Person at counter made the entire process seamless. Would definitely rent there again.

  I rented for the first time from this location and was extremely happy with the service. I got a phone call the day before to verify my reservation. I dealt with a nice young man named Jean (Gene), who made the entire process seamless. Quick pickup and quick return. I would definitely recommend this location. Thank you.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful service from start to finish! The staff was friendly, professional, and made the entire rental process quick and easy. They took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed, and made sure I had everything I needed. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. I highly recommend Enterprise and will definitely use them again in the future! Thank you Mike , Liam and just the whole STAFF!! Thank you

  Dont waste your Time and effort making a reservation at this place. I went to pick up a large SUV that I reserved two weeks prior when I got there July 3 they told me they didn’t have a large SUV for me. They said the Jeep Wagoneer that they did have was taken off the market and was to be sold. They tried to give me a small equinox, which was not what I reserved being that I had six people going on vacation with me. We were there for approximately three hours as they called all over Long Island trying to find me a vehicle. They even told me that they had a Jeep Wagoneer supposedly coming back at 2 PM in the afternoon mind you I was there at 10 AM. They finally told me the individual that had the Jeep Wagoneer extended his rental so once again that did not help me any. At this .4 hours have gone by my wife made some phone calls and called Jfk airport and checked on all the rentals there. Needless to say we were able to get a hold of a company called SIXT. They said they had a few large SUV on the lot and for us to come down. So now I had to drive all the way to Jfk and low and behold this company had a brand new black grand Jeep Wagoneer, which we were able to read for approximately nine days. I called enterprise back just to see what they will tell me all they said was we are still trying to find you a vehicle I told them disregard cancel my reservation and I would never do business with you guys ever again. Please save yourself headaches wasted time and go elsewhere. I wind up having to pay $350 extra for the new rental at Jfk but at least I was able to get a vehicle. Once I got my vehicle, I had to drive all the way back to pick up my family and then head out of New York on our vacation. I called corporate at enterprise made a complaint and I have yet to hear back from any of them I will be calling more people invoicing my complaint. I hope this will help others and prevent a nightmare for them go elsewhere!
