  I had such a great experience at Northtown Volkswagen! This is my second car buying from them and with the help of my Sales associate Carly Sperrazza everything went very smoothly. She even customized my ambient lighting to pink! Everyone is so friendly and makes your experience easy and comfortable throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Carly! Thank you again!

  Let's start with the old saying "1st impression are always lasting one's ". The grounds, all the glass and the inside are sparkling clean!! The 2nd most impressive area is the service department!! The cleanest one I have ever seen! The most impressive experience is MOLLY REINNAGEL!! She is very professional, greets you at the door with a smile and her welcoming personality!! Molly took the time to understand what are needs and wants were. She was patience , answering all are question, we never felt rushed or pressured. When we started looking for our new ride. The VW Atlas was the last suv on are list. We looked at all the different suv. All the suv are close with the opitions. We selected the Atlas,for one reason. Molly's hospitality!!! It is second to none!! Looking for a new ride go see Molly at Northtown VW. We didn't just get a new ride , we gained a friend!! Thank You Molly!! Our dog loves the ride!!Cathy & Joe.

  I worked with Joe when he was at Northtown Toyota, and was very happy with my vehicle buying experience. I wanted to get my daughter a safe, reliable ride, but not "break the bank". Joe had moved to Volkswagen, and took care of me with a Tiguan for a family member. Called Joe, went in, he showed us the car, test drive, and gave the numbers. Done. Molly took over from there, and she was great! She took all my info via email, and I had to do was come in with my license, and a deposit. She had a calm about her that put my daughter at ease. Molly explained everything to my daughter, and I worked with Josh, who was awesome as well! He had me signed and out the door in a half hour. Great, no pressure experience. Highly recommend. The dealership is brand new as well.

  Michelle at Northtown Volkswagen was absolutely amazing! She made the entire car-buying process easy, stress-free, and enjoyable. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cared about helping me find the right vehicle. I couldn’t be happier with my 2024 Volkswagen Atlas and the outstanding service I received.   So I low key walked in here and bought a car on kind of a whim, my old ride got totaled. Despite being full of grief, the sales team showed me some great cars. Aidan was kind, and listened - showed me a range of different cars that fit what I was looking for. Wound up finding one I love very very much, the buying process was simple, they made it shiny and even filled up the gas tank (in this economy!) for me to pick up. The finance guy was kinda meh and might of thought I was an idiot with how much he was trying to sell me, and was very annoyed when I kept saying no. Little did he know (except for now when he sees this) that his anger was funny and made saying no all the more enjoyable for me. But thats big car dealerships for you, dude was still just doing his job and can’t fault him for that. I used to be a loyal Basil person and I would go back to Northtown for my next car still. Hopefully not for a long time now cause I love this one so much though. : )
