  Love my Tiguan and the experience Michelle delivered at Northtown Volkswagen. Everyone was friendly and professional and made the process quick and flawless. Would highly recommend and would definitely return! The dealership itself was very clean and modern. Thanks again!

  I love my new Volkswagen and I love the experience I had at Northtown Volkswagen, especially my sales consultant, Michelle Cavarella! Michelle was so knowledgeable and helpful when deciding which car was right for me! She offered options and was excited for me to test drive several different models so that I could experience what each of them had to offer! She didn’t rush me, she made it fun and once I made my decision the rest of the transaction was seamless! I would highly recommend Northtown Volkswagen and Michelle Cavarella - you won’t be disappointed!

  Love Adam so much! I wish I needed new cars more just so he could help us. He is Professional and thorough. Has great Patience when we needed time to think and worked quickly when we wanted to wrap things up.

  I wanted to provide feedback to the dealership. Northtown Volkswagen service has been absolutely terrible to deal with. They have had our sons 2021 Jetta GLI at their dealership for a month now. We brought the car in for an issue with the AC compressor. We have dealt with Stacy a service advisor and her boss Tom Mertz the Service Manager. We have received very little follow up from the dealership. We only get updates on the car when we call in and are passed around to various service department folks. Once on the phone with Stacy our service advisor she is nice but does not know any information about the car or when it will be repaired. She puts us on hold and then comes back with limited to no information. The AC compressor has been on back order for a month. They have repeatedly promised us a loaner and never provided one. They continually stay that they have no idea when the part will arrive so the repair can be completed. Today after getting the run around, I asked to speak to the service manager Tom Mertz. He is absolutely terrible. He talked over me and offered no solutions for getting the part more quickly. He kept indicating that the part was stuck at the Canadian border and it could be days or weeks before it gets in. He stated that he could not do anything to make the situation better. His customer care leaves much to be desired. He stated that I could drive it around without AC. With no idea when or if the part would arrive. I offered an alternative suggestion to call the LA Volkswagen distribution center, as Volkswagen of Orchard Park indicated there were 16 compressors in that location. Tom indicated that he would not call LA and that he didn't appreciate being told how to do his job. I explained that I was simply looking for out of the box solutions to the problem as this repair has dragged on for a month with no end in sight. I hope they come through for me, and make this situation better. At this point I would not recommend Northtown Volkswagen service to anyone looking to service their cars. This has been a rough situation.
