Nasir Matthews is an outstanding salesperson and an asset to Northtowns. He had to deal with a difficult situation not of his making and he went above and beyond his position to correct a problem. I appreciate his tremendous dedication and would recommend him to friends and family.
Thank you, Nasir, for all of your help.

How it went into the service shop vs. how it came back. See the new gaps between the panels in the after? The third picture is the loose wire that caused me to bring it in, hoping for a warranty repair. They're trying to say that small scuff knocked the wire loose so they can charge over $1,000 to my insurance. They say they can't/won't just put that wire back, they need to replace the entire harness. That sure sounds like insurance fraud to me! And if you see a copy/paste reply to this from EJ or anyone else at northtown, just know it means they didn't actually read this far. You tried to blame a loose wire on a tiny scuff, and when I didn't believe you, you made the damage worse!
Edit: people say a lot of things, I've never heard anyone say all that, apart from the ones working at dealerships of course. I'm a person and I'll be encouraging other people to stay away from dealerships from now on.
I'll be encouraging people to go with something like Slate. No dealership. No haggling. No sleazy salesman. Their biggest selling points are affordable and diy. All electric pickup truck for $25,000. How many new cars are you selling at that price? Buy the truck now, save up for a kit that will turn it into a 5 seat SUV. And install it yourself. If you're not diy inclined, most any mechanic shop can do it for you. Any shop can be Slate certified and do warranty work. Slate comes with as few things to go wrong as legally possible. No radio. No power windows. No touch screen that went out of date before the first one got to the dealership. If you want a touch screen, they'll sell you a tablet mount. They'll give you the 3D printer file so you can print your own tablet mount. For free. If someone actually does want all the bells and whistles, they can turn a $25,000 truck into a $35,000 SUV really quick when they order it. The point is they give you the option. You can pick and choose the exact extras you want to pay for.
Ask your sales department how many people say "I don't want any bells and whistles". All of those people want something like Slate. Take the hint. Stop pushing these fragile, paper mache computers on wheels only the rich people want and can afford.

My sales experience went very well. The salesman, Jose R greeted me when I walked into the building. He was very knowledgeable about the models that were available and procedure for ordering what was not on the lot. We reviewed options on his computer and quickly settled on the model and options I wanted. The Northtown Toyota dealership staff went above and beyond to give me a great deal. Jose also took the time to bring the vehicle to Ziebart for the rustproof option that I wanted.
I have already recommended a friend to check out the dealership and would recommend Northtown Toyota to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience with Northtown Toyota! I worked with Devin & Mike in the Sales department. They both were excellent. Devin was very helpful/kind in guiding my experience with a new lease and actively listened to all my questions. I felt comfortable with him and confident in my new purchase!
I had been going to another dealership in Lockport for 15 years to get my old car serviced. I had every intention of sticking with them, but had an awful experience with their sales team. My time at Northtown was the exact opposite! It was very positive. Customer service really does make a difference. And I'm happy to report that I felt it was important to Northtown Toyota, too! Thank you Northtown.

I have been using this dealership for oil changes. The 4 oil change package was a fair deal. So far there was some scheduling issues with the first oil change, but patience paid off, they got the oil change done and it was completed in 20mins. Excellent work. So far its been hit and miss. There are a few good personalities and I will get names at my next oil change then update. I am overall pleased with Northtown. I haven't yet bought a car from them. Its more likely I will be buying a Lexus next. Toyota fan boy for life. Its the only Brand I have ever owned and loved. I do wish Toyota would reverse the quality decline they have been sliding down for the past few years. (Not the dealership's fault)
