By far the worst experience I have had when trying to purchase a vehicle. Mind you, We were loyal customers of the biggest dealership in New York, and thought that we would give Northtown a try, since we were becoming unsatisfied with service elsewhere.I found a vehicle on their Website, scheduled a test drive for the next morning, June 17th. When my daughter and I showed up at 9am, I was told that they scheduled the appointment for 9 PM, which the dealership is not even open for. Was also told that the vehicle was not at that location and was still in for pre-inspection. I was then given another explorer to test drive, which was filthy and clearly had transmission issues, and was informed that it was a pre-auction vehicle. From June 16 all the way up until yesterday, July 2, I checked on the vehicle to find out what the status was. July 2 I was told that the vehicle would be finally be available today, July 3. I messaged the salesman, Josh, Before 9 o’clock this morning about Purchasing the vehicle. I was finally notified at 12:45 That the vehicle Now had a deposit on it and was unavailable. To say that we are beyond frustrated and disappointed Our experience is an understatement. I am truly happy that Northtown showed its true colors before we made a big mistake and purchased a vehicle from them. I will now take my business to one of the Nationwide Online dealership that starts was a car and ends with max. At least I know that when I want to purchase a vehicle that they have on their website it is available their warranties are phenomenal.

Went in to buy a new Mazda in specific color interior and exterior and specific specs. They stated they couldn't get the car I wanted even though you can order it online...they also said there are only 3 cars currently in the US with all those specs. We found another dealership in another state along with SEVERAL other dealerships that had the car we wanted. To top it all off, when we went to service the car, the manager and all employees LOVED the car so much asking where we got it. Manager then said he put in orders for the same spec and color combo car to arrive at their dealership. Why couldn't you do this when we wanted one? How were you all the sudden magically able to????
So, here the real kicker, went in for service because we had a code keep appearing. They kept clearing the code saying th car was fine, they didn't see any codes, etc. took it in again and made sure they saw the code and light on the dash. They had the car for almost a month and said they couldn't find the problem, even said they opened a tech line with Mazda. We got the car back and on dash cam footage, you can see them taking the car out to drive twice long distance, and SEVERAL times taking it out to lunch. They also said they only put like 50 miles on the car. They put way more than that, and we have proof, but whatever, we just wanted our car fixed. Don't know why they need to lie about that though. We asked for the mechanic notes (whatever they're called, can't remember) and you can see the mechanic wrote that they saw the light on, then with a different pen, scratched it out and put that they never saw the light on. SUPER SHADY!!!!
Regarding the "Mazda Tech line" that they opened up too....yeah, we found out they lied about that. There is NO RECORD of it in Mazda's systems.
I wouldn't trust this dealership and the mechanics in it with a 10 ft pole. Huge liars/decievers, take your car to a different dealer if you can.

Mo was amazing and so was John! I was really worried about getting my deal done, but they went above and beyond to make everything happen. They were patient, honest, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. What seemed impossible at first turned into me driving home in my new Chevy Trax, and I couldn’t be happier.
