Absolutely amazing service! Angel really advocated for me with navigating my warranty company while I was going through a car buying nightmare with another company. Thanks to the amazing service that Angel gave me and how friendly Andrea and Lexi were as well I'm so happy that I'm driving a mazda now and will only go to the dealership for service on my vehicle. Also in the future if I ever purchase I'm also buying straight from the dealership because their outstanding service getting me back on the road truly earned my trust!

Our salesman Kieran was good. The financing manager Nicole was very unprofessional. I wrote a very detailed email explaining the issues we had with no response. My wife wrote a review and the GM commented claiming they would make things right. Left a wrong phone number. We found the correct number, left a message with no response. Explaining our issue here would take too long. Basically we were reassured multiple times about an interest rate, then at the very last minute while signing paperwork, were told the actual interest rate ( which was higher than the first quote given). We were made to feel like we were being petty and “it’s cents in difference, want me to see if we can cover it?”, said in a snide way. Other issues as well but we won’t be going here again

I came across a vehicle on Northtown Mazda’s website that I was interested in and decided to come into the store and see it in person for myself! Associate Keiran assisted me and let me know the vehicle i wanted was sold but gave me other options even though i was particular on what i had my eyes on and actually took me to their store over at Volkswagen when I seen an upgrade to the car I originally came into see! He gave me full detail on the car and showed me how this option was actually better than what I would have got for what I came into see! The experience with Keiran and his team was smoother than other places I’ve been to recently and I felt comfortable in my purchase 👍🏽 I’ll definitely be a returning customer!

We went to test drive some SUVs, and explicitly stated we were just scoping out some options. Josh met us at the front door and was very friendly and helpful at first, we tested out 2 different models, everything went fine at first. Then we get back and sit down to go through the numbers, and Josh handed us an estimate that was higher than anticipated, which isn’t uncommon for a first estimate. As we are asking questions about the price, Josh starts raising his voice at us and speaking over us, first red flag. We specifically told him we wanted a 15,000 mile lease, and when he comes back with the new offer with a slightly lower payment, I realized it was only because he printed out information for a 12,000 mile lease. At this point, we realize we’re receiving helpful information, and start to walk out of the building. The manager, who had maybe been there for less than 5 minutes of our conversation, follows us out of the building, and says, “thank you so much for being so rude!” (Projecting much?) We all had a good laugh about it, in fact we laughed about it all the way to the Honda dealership. Needless to say we are no longer interested in Mazda in general, especially northtown mazda. Very unprofessional.

We recently purchased a vehicle from Northtown Mazda and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, particularly with the finance process.
To start, our salesperson Kieran was responsive and helpful during parts of the process, and we appreciated his communication while we were away. However, the experience took a turn when it came time to finalize financing.
Before leaving for a trip, we were very clear that we had a 6.0% rate available through our credit union and asked if the dealership could match it. We were told this would not be a problem. While we were away, we followed up again and were told that the rate had been taken care of.
When we returned to sign paperwork, we were presented with numbers based on a 6.9% interest rate something that was never clearly communicated or approved by us. At no point were we told that the agreed-upon rate had changed. We had to ask directly to even find out what the rate was.
When we questioned this, the finance manager, Nicole, was dismissive and unprofessional. She minimized the difference between rates as “pennies” and spoke to us in a way that felt condescending and disrespectful. At that point, the issue was no longer just the rate it was the lack of transparency and the way we were treated as customers.
Additionally, items that were agreed upon during negotiation (WeatherTech mat) were not accurately fulfilled.
We ultimately went through with the purchase because we felt committed after insurance and other logistics had already been changed, but in hindsight, we regret not walking away.
We also attempted to resolve this privately via email and did not receive a response.
Buying a car is a major financial decision, and customers deserve honesty, clear communication, and respect, especially when it comes to financing terms. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
I tried calling the number and it was not a working one. Is there another one to call?
