  I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Northtown Kia! As a first-time buyer, the whole car-purchasing process felt a bit daunting at first, but Justin, Kaiden and the entire team completely turned that around. From the moment I walked in, Justin & Kaiden were incredibly patient and genuinely invested in helping me understand every detail of the vehicle I was interested in. He took the time to answer all my questions—no matter how small—without a single hint of sales pressure. The team made the entire financing and paperwork process seamless, transparent, and incredibly easy. I couldn't have asked for a smoother introduction to buying a car.   I am very disappointed with my recent experience at Kia Northtown. I brought my 2023 Kia Forte GT-Line in on Monday to have the cooling fan replaced. The replacement part had already arrived the previous week, and I was told my car would be ready by Tuesday afternoon. When I called on Wednesday to check on the status, the staff spoke to me in a rude and unprofessional manner instead of giving me a clear update. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, especially after paying $968 for a cooling fan replacement. Delays can happen, but poor communication and disrespectful customer service are unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will not be returning for future service.

  The sales department is excellent! The management of the service department is another story! I bought my 2027 kia telluride and within a day I noticed a mild rhythmic knocking sound from from left. I brought car to be looked at, tech drove around and agreed he hears the sound but no one could figure out issue. THE WORST PART they gave me a Kia K4, which is the smallest vehicle, this vehicle was dirty. There were human fingernail clippings all along the left-hand side of driver seat, it wreaked of marijuana, there was dog hair and it smelled like cheap perfume (probably an attempt to cover the drug smell). Clearly it was not sanitized and with all the viruses and illnesses going around this car was a complete hazard. They told me it could be up to a month that they had my car!! I ended up going back and picking up my vehicle that is likely unsafe to drive because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong and also because I could no longer handle driving the rental in that condition. I have a young child and that’s extremely unacceptable. They never tried to make it right, they told me there were no other vehicles for rentals and seemed like they just wanted me to go away. They will sell you a car and be very competitive with their pricing, but if anything goes south, their service department is an absolute nightmare and they’ll take your 50k SUV and put you in a tiny car that is unsanitary and unacceptable.

  I highly recommend Northtown Kia! When we walked in, we were given our space and not pressured at all. It was a very relaxed and stress-free atmosphere. When Mike approached us, I expressed concern that our situation was complicated, but he disagreed and said it's easy. He was correct; it was the fastest and painless experience we've ever had buying a car. Ben also was super-helpful; and friendly the car looked amazing AND they even put a bow on it for us! We felt super confident and well-taken care of when we were at Northtown Kia. Highly recommend the team!

  Run do not use this establishment for car services... I went to get recalls fixed and my poor little Kia Soul is worse than ever. I went for a car inspection ,my check engine light was on ... They told me it was my catalytic converter. I was like ,isn't that a recall??? They said no. The check engine light came on and off. I saw the recall and called Kia Corp. Northtown agreed to fix it. It took a month to get a service date. My car started shaking and said cylinder misfire. I asked was the engine gone because I waited the month for the converter . I was told no it's not the engine. Lies... They don't want to fix it because it's under warranty.. They said it was the valve cover gasket it was dripping oil into the engine and paying them to fix it would solve that problem. I Had them fix it . 10 minutes after fixing it . My car would barely move . It was puttering real bad and had 9 codes. My car came with one code. They told me it was the catalytic converter. I said, "You fixed that, no it's the other one. " If it is the converter or the engine you guys did it because I had to wait a month to get it fixed and they keep misdiagnosing the problem. What are you going to do keep guessing whats wrong to make money. If you are a woman they will take advantage of you. I WANT A REFUND. I WAS SPECIFICALLY TOLD RHE PROBLEM WAS THE VALCE COVER GASKET.... I was told by Margaret. That needed to be changed. I was like no you said that was the issue. WHY WOULD I RANDOMLY GET SOMETHING DONE THAT WASN'T CAUSING THE CAR TO SHAKE !!!!! Kia should specialize if fixing Kia's... SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!
