  It had been 40 years since i purchased a car from a dealer lot and wow have things changed! I had such a pleasant and positive experience finding my perfect vehicle, from "just looking" to purchasing and beyond. My salesman Bailey was so helpful and patient before, during and even after the sale! He was able to meet all my requirements, found financing that fit my budget and took care of all my concerns. Also, I was very pleased to meet John at Kia and Phil at Hyundai who helped take care of a minor issue. Just like Bailey, John and Phil wanted to make sure everything was right and that i was happy. What a difference 40 years makes! -Gary S.

  Great experience! With over 100,000 miles, winter approaching and aging loved ones 150 miles to the east on Interstate 90, it was time to say goodbye to my beloved 2016 Kia Soul and move into a new AWD Kia Seltos. Semait & the Northtown Kia Team were extremely helpful and made the often-stressful car shopping experience efficient, straightforward and fun!

  Extremely disappointing experience with North Town. I had an appointment to see a truck, and the dealership did not cancel the appointment or even have the courtesy to notify me that the vehicle had apparently been sold. I wasted my time, energy, and made the trip there expecting to see a vehicle that I had specifically scheduled an appointment for. What made the experience even worse was the lack of professionalism and communication. When I arrived, the salesperson couldn’t even give me a straight answer about whether the truck was actually sold. That is completely unacceptable. If a vehicle is sold, the customer with an appointment should be notified immediately—not left to show up and find out for themselves. Instead of taking responsibility for the situation, I felt like I was being pushed toward more expensive vehicles that weren’t necessarily better or what I was looking for. The attitude was also rude and dismissive. A dealership’s time is valuable, but so is the customer’s time. Basic communication and honesty should not be too much to expect. I came in ready to buy. Instead, North Town wasted my time and left me with a very poor impression of the dealership. If you have an appointment for a specific vehicle, I strongly recommend confirming that the vehicle is actually there before making the trip. Very disappointing customer service. I expected much better from a dealership of this size.

  Phenomenal experience! Mike and Ben are the kind of people you feel like you could be friends with right away—so welcoming, considerate, and knowledgeable. I genuinely felt like they were happy for me and wanted to make sure I got the car I was looking for. They went above and beyond to help me every step of the way. I was specifically looking for a Kia K5 EX and had visited multiple dealerships, but without a doubt, this was the best experience I had. The whole process was smooth and straightforward, and their guidance was spot-on. They made sure everything was taken care of so I could get on the road as quickly as possible. I drove all the way from NYC, and it was absolutely worth the trip. Really appreciate Mike and Ben for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

  I’ve been bringing my vehicle to Northtown Kia for maintenance for years. Aside from a previous issue that required repeated visits to address a leaking tire, I generally haven’t had any major concerns. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. Communication with my service advisor, Margaret, was courteous, but I did not feel that I fully understood what work was being performed. I also was not contacted when my vehicle was expected to be ready and had to call in twice for updates and was told I’d be called back eventually. After the initial repairs, I noticed—approximately two minutes after driving off the lot—that my vehicle was making a strange metallic grinding noise that had not been present beforehand. I tried calling when I got home, but the dealership was already closed, so I left a message. I received a call the following morning and was told to bring the vehicle in whenever convenient to have it checked. When I brought it back, I was asked to wait in the waiting area, but I was not given updates about what was being inspected or repaired. I was later told that a small piece of sheet metal was overlapping another component and had been repositioned in a way that was expected to stop the noise. However, the noise was still present when I drove home. So I called back to make another service appointment. When I went to pick up my car, no one was there to go over the work performed, or explain anything to me. It seemed completely empty. My paperwork was just left sitting on the passenger seat of my car. It would’ve been nice to have been walked through what was done and answer any questions before I left. But I did not get that opportunity which is really disappointing and points to a lack of transparency that shouldn’t be there. After years of bringing my car here, I had hoped for better communication and transparency. ——— Edit: I reached out to management via the contact details provided per the comment left by management below on my review, to which I have received no response.
