  The service department has went down hill over the last 2 years. I bought my KIA from Northtown some years ago and I only go to northtown to get my car serviced for anything! I was there in March 2026 I had a tire rotation, oil change and a full car inspection I was told my CAR WAS GREAT everything on the paper was green when I come back for my inspection sticker I will be good to go! I go back a few weeks ago in April 2026 for a inspection sticker Northtown was booked so they booked me at Volkswagen service I was told by that my car can’t pass inspection due to the BACK REAR BREAKS AND ROTERS that need to be done and that it’s really bad that it’s grinding against something. I called Northtown and spoke with a service manager her provided a loner while the car was repaired and took of $150.00 off of the brake repair for the inconvenience. Fast forward to today 5/17/26 I took my car back due to it running rough since the update and repairs and that I started hearing GRINDING a few days ago so they advised to drop the car off for a look NOW IM GETTING TOKD ITS MY FRONT BREAKS THAT NEED TO BE REPLACED WHEN I WAS JUST TOLF NOT EVEN 2 weeks ago my car was great no other repairs are needed and now I’m running back and forth for more inconvenience due to the service mechanics not doing their jobs for the past 3 months and that’s very tasteless, unprofessional, and very disappointing because I brought my car here to get serviced NOT LIED TO MANY TIMES ABOUT THIS THAT WAS NEVER DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE! I’m very pissed off honestly.

  Had a great experience buying my Kia Sportage from Northtown! The whole process was smooth, easy, and low stress. James was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made everything simple from start to finish without any pressure. Really happy with my Sportage and would definitely recommend Northtown and the team to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience!

  I had a wonderful experience buying my Kia K4 from Northtown Kia. James was super helpful and made it very easy to trade-in my Mazda for the Kia. Liz was great showing me the Kia features and taking me on a test drive. Jimmy worked to get me financing and fully explained the warranty choices. I went with the full extended warranty as this will be my last car and I want to protect my investment. I would highly recommend the crew at Northtown for your next Kia purchase!

  Worked with sales person, Charlie, He was extremely professional transparent and did not put pressure to buy a vehicle on my wife and I. You’re given a very fair trade-in price for two vehicles. Charlie Was very knowledgeable about the Kia Telluride we purchased. In the finance manager was great in getting us a lower rate on our purchase loan. Working with Charlie and Northtown Kia It was a great Car buying experience.

  Sad to post this review...but just got my vehicle back from service today...had delivered by AAA to my home...upon arriving at home I noticed inside my vehicle...everything in my center console was scattered throughout front seats of car...I have dash cam and interior cam...both were unplugged at cameras and pointed away from where they could record effectively ..also found a new unopened vape on seat. Only thing missing is SD card from dash cams . When questioned manager states his staff isn't at fault...they believe that someone broke into car to unplug cameras...I had thousands of dollars of tools easily accessible in back seat as well as hundreds worth of cameras .. but kids broke in only to unplug cameras and not take anything else ..something doesn't add up...but they offered to buy SD card and detail car...that's all...in my opinion this isn't nearly good enough...needless to say...I will not return as a customer and I will not be recommending this auto group to anyone I know...thieves who break in to cars to unplug cameras but not take anything of value. Who believes that? Seriously...sad because they have been good to me in the past. But not anymore
