  Christopher colucci helped us with buying a a brand new pilot he was SUPER efficient we couldn’t have asked for a better sales person honestly. Super on top of everything. Buying process was smooth and fast. Definitely recommend this dealership but especially Chris. He really made the difference

  My experience at Northtown Honda was exceptional. I worked with John and he was very helpful answering all of my questions. I had a lot of worries and anxiety going into this process, but with John's help, I was able to purchase a vehicle with lessened anxiety. I now have a vehicle that is best for me and was sold to me with the best intentions. Any concerns I had during this process were immediately met with solutions and care. I had a positive experience here. If and when I need to purchase a new vehicle in the future, I will be returning to Northtown Honda.

  I just purchased a used car at Nothtown Honda. Karar Zenki did an excellent job keeping me on track, listening to our preferences, and problem solving an issue we encountered with insurance. Not only was he very professional, he was kind, funny, and able to talk soccer with my husband! I highly recommend him if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

  Purchasing our 2026 Honda CR-V from Northtown Honda was a great experience from start to finish. Our sales consultant, Otis Paris, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained every feature of the CR-V, and made sure we felt confident throughout the entire process. Northtown Honda was professional, efficient, and made buying a new vehicle a truly enjoyable experience. We couldn’t be happier with our new CR-V and highly recommend asking for Otis if you’re looking for a stress-free, customer-focused car-buying experience.   Horrible service. My husband and I purchased a Honda odyssey through Northtown Hyundai. Have been told all the service issues we bring to the Honda location. We have had to do that twice in just 5 months of owning the vehicle due to issues with the van. Both times Northtown Honda wanted to try and tell us we aren’t covered and have to pay out of pocket (mind you not only are we still in the 6 month warranty from buying through Northtown but we also have the 3 year premium warranty that we were explicitly told covers everything except the tires. Both times we were basically having to play phone tag between the two locations because apparently they don’t communicate to each other??????? Make that make sense. Finally they cover the work being done under the warranty. This last time though I am so beyond livid. I go to pick up our car and tell the service person I have to just grab my daughter’s car seat and a few things from the loaner vehicle. I have my 2 year old with me and I am very visibly pregnant. I am due in just 8 weeks. You would think common sense this woman would pull up our vehicle so that I can safely and affectively get my toddler and her car seat into our vehicle. NOPE this woman points out where the vehicle is in the parking lot instead. So now I am here trying to keep my 2 year old safe from running in front of a moving car or somewhere she shouldn’t in the service area as I am pulling out her car seat and grabbing anything else from the loaner and then WHILE 32 WEEKS PREGNANT having to squat to pick up this car seat AS WELL as my 2 year old and WALK ACROSS THE PARKING LOT to our vehicle, I end up dropping the car seat trying to open our vans door on top of it. I’m so beyond angry with the entire experience. I have voiced to my husband multiple times I do not EVER want to purchase a vehicle from Northtown again.
