  Hawraa was absolutely fantastic, she sold us a beautiful brand new 2026 Honda Accord Hybrid Sport L. Hawraa was incredibly friendly and welcoming the entire time. The staff at Northtown Honda is also exceptional as every single person we interacted with had a smile on their face and was well spoken and educated. Thank you Hawraa and Northtown!

  I will continue to go to Northtown Honda to purchase my vehicles, and I will recommend them to anyone I know. Every other experience I’ve had has been pushy and uncomfortable, but John Fiorella listened to exactly what me and my partner wanted and did his best to provide. He was funny, personable and made the car buying process seamless and exciting. Thank you for being you, John!

  Eli is an exceptional young man. He made sure every step of my sales journey was a pleasant experience. I was treated fairly, with upmost respect, every request I made from Eli was met with a timely response, and fulfilled accordingly, even AFTER the sale, which is about as rare as seeing a Unicorn. 👍 I’m 54 years old and by this point in my life I’ve had dozens of interactions in vehicle sales. I can honestly say that working with Eli and Northtown Honda was the most enjoyable dealership purchase that I’ve ever had. 😁. Also an added bonus for me, was benefitting from the work that Northtown Honda does with the Buffalo Bills, and recieving the surprise gift of an authentic signed Buffalo Bills helmet, during their current promotion at the time. It was totally by chance, but being a huge fan, it was a great surprise for me. And again, this is indicative of the extra mile that these folks go, to stand out from the rest, making them a premier business establishment.

His professionalism, expertise, and commitment to customer service made the experience exceptionally positive.   My experience was great! Eli was the first salesperson that ever approached me at Honda with genuine conversation and not as a target. This happened months ago when I came in for service. I was walking back into the lot from lunch, and he asked me about a shirt I was wearing, my alma mater, and we had a pleasant walk through the lot. He never made me feel like a sale. I had since come in for another service, and ended up taking a test drive with another salesperson. Eli was busy , but he nodded to me in acknowledgment of me. When I was ready to purchase, I knew that I wanted Eli as my salesperson. I was right. He was great! Thanks Eli and the rest of the team at Northtown Honda.
