  I brought my car to northtown collision because I was referred to the shop.. the service took over 4 weeks to fix. The workers barely reached out to update me on the service repair of how long it would take. Received my car back after weeks looking a mess inside the hood. Also had to call multiple times after being told it would be done in a week, that was told to me 4 times during the 4 weeks of waiting for an actual answer of when my car would be ready. You have to call over and over again to receive any updates.

  I have waited truthfully two months to leave this review because that is how long it took my car to get “repaired”. If you take anything from this post just please NEVER NEVER NEVER bring your car here unless you’ve been wanting to test rental cars for a couple months. Before I even brought my car in I spoke with a woman on the phone who INSISTED I could not bring my car in as they had no paperwork from my insurance to get an estimate. I checked with my insurance and they confirmed it was sent over. I call again and she insists I may not bring the car in because they don’t have the paperwork. I go to the place to figure this out and she has no problem checking the car in and suddenly seems to have all of the proper paperwork. I dropped my car off on the 15th of June, it sat for a week. They inspect it and assess the damage a quote is given (around $4,000).A week later they claim to have just removed the bumper (the only place with damage) and found more extensive damage. All of this information comes from my insurances rep as Northtown never called me through this whole process. The next few weeks were met with the shop throwing out a date the car would be done then hearing nothing from them. When I called they gave lame excuses like “we needed more parts” and “sometime next week”. This happened a total of 8 times. 8 times they gave me a date the car would be done and it was a complete lie. Two months later I finally have my car back, the damages went up to $10,000 and communication with the shop simply never happened. If this is not insurance fraud I don’t know what is.

  I've dealt with Northtown on numerous occasions. My experience with Gigi was spectacular. She made a very stressing situation ..lesson my anxiety! Dealing with cars/trucks is very taxing (when service is required) My 2021 Jeep was handled very professionally and efficiently. If you're lucky enough to get 'assigned' with her, you were blessed.   Total experience was good just waiting on parts added several extra days and made a small repair take 2 weeks

  I'll keep it at 3 stars if my car would be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Parts ordered days later after I brought it there. Parts arrived and no one works on the car. Update. Called again. ETA was the 21st, then the 26th or 29th. Now maybe the 1st of June. I should have taken it elsewhere.
