Since 1969 Northtown Automotive Companies has expanded from a small used car operation in the Northtown's of Buffalo to 12 State-of-the-Art retail operations representing 20 separate franchises including: Toyota, Volkswagen, KIA, Mazda, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, ProMaster, FIAT, Honda, Lexus, Subaru, Hyundai, Genesis, Land Rover, Volvo, Porsche, Jaguar, Mahindra, and Northtown Collision Centre.
A commitment was made over the past 6 years to modernize our facilities across our portfolio, designing our facilities with two people in mind: our customers and our associates. Our strategy has paid off ensuring our customers receive the best possible service while simultaneously making sure our Northtown family has the necessary working environment to provide the best in customer service.
We are proud of our 800+ associates we like to call "family" as well as our consistent emphasis on creating a family environment from our owners to our front-line employees. Our strength comes from a longstanding commitment to live by the "golden rule" each and every day

- TMTreyon MeadJun 16, 20261.0Found at car the lot on Friday and got the numbers figured out. The wife came in Saturday and handled the financials for the vehicle. Was told there was an open recall on the Tahoe and it needed to be address, no problem. Salesman Ethan said he would be on touch when it was ready. Got the call yesterday, Monday, that the Tahoe was ready for pick up. We took our Mazda we bought from Northtown Mazda, which we loved, to CarMax to say good bye and go pick up the Tahoe. While the paperwork is being is being finalized, Ethan comes back and tells us he's having someone take back out the car because since they did the recall. The sensors needed to be reset for the inspection. So the Tahoe was not actually "ready." It wasn't even on the lot. Never seen it. When asking about a loaner or something to drive , since we have kids, all 70 cars were out already. So the wife got a ride home after she bought a car. When I called today, talked to the Sale Manager Bryan, it makes you understand why Ethan was so unsympathetic. They had the same degree of concern and caring. So we are still without a car looking to go rent one right now so we at least have something to handle our day to day priorities until this car surfaces. Will be updating.

Do your due diligence because they will lie, even about the smallest of things. They stored diagnostic trouble codes, then misrepresented the vehicle’s condition. Deceptive trade practices, dont be fooled, they do it all!
