  I walked in at 6:52 and the guy at the counter hooked me up so last minute with a patch for my tire. I was SO anxious and it was such a nice comfort knowing it’s “okay for now”

  Made an appointment online for 730am. I get there and they say nobody here can do inspections. I ask when and the man says he doesn’t know when the manager is coming in and is the only one who can do an inspection. I asked if we could call him and find out if that’s soon? I woke up specifically to come to a 730am appointment. What do you mean the manager never answers?? He did get the manager on the phone and it turns out he won’t be in for another hour. I express disappointment and the guy says well it takes a hour anyway due to NYS LAW. I said that’s not actually what the law says, to which the man started asked if I WAS A NYS INSPECTOR. I said no obviously I’m not, but clearly you aren’t either since you need to wait for the manager right? I had to leave after that. Clueless workers Trash customer service Don’t waste your time or money here

  This location hooked me up with some wonderful new tires. Inspection was a very quick process after that.

  I would like to say thank you to Daevantae he is one very smart ,bright and hardworking young man and very helpful. I walked into the store today and noticed he was the only person there working on 4 cars !!! By himself at first I stood there for a second and I watched him go from one car to the next until I finally asked for help. He came up and you can tell he was frustrated but he put a smile on his face and asked how could he help me I told him I had a flat tire. He asked for my keys and got my car and patched the tire not only did he fix my tire he put the spare back in the car for me and set my air in all my tires to the correct pressure. After he finished the car I asked him how much did I owe him he said “you coming in and putting a smile on my face was all the payment I needed thank you” keep up the hardwork young man it’s going to pay off I will recommend everyone I know to this place 😁

  We came here a week ago for an inspection and to get brakes down. They quoted us almost 800 so the manager suggested we buy our own brakes and then come back and he will charge us $150 for labor. We made an appointment on Sunday and the guy at the desk said he couldn’t do an inspection because the manager wasn’t there and that he doesn’t know what’s happening. When we came in he was just sitting on his phone and it was very obvious he just didn’t want to do the work. Won’t come again.
