If there was an option to give 0 stars I would. I have come to this shop 3 times to get patch work done. They haven’t fixed the issue, and my tire keeps going flat. They’re also very rude!!!!!

This is a chain but this location acts like it’s a well run local mom and pop shop that truly cares about its customers. I have a relatively uncommon EV and a tire had a bubble. The particular tire is no longer being made and they worked hard to get the same tire since the car is an awd and all tires need to be similar. I finally managed to get it from an online retailer, and Moe squeezed me in on a Saturday morning to get this done as quickly as possible. All the people I interacted with: Jack, Joe and others went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. Highly recommended.

MIKE IS THE BEST! As soon as I walked into Mavis Tire, Mike greeted me with a smile and concern to know what the problem I was having was. I told him the problem I was having was slow leak in my tire and he assured me as long as he could fix it that he would. Mike got me in and out and provided exceptional service and the price was great too. He also let me know about deals and rebates that were available in case I needed brand new tires. I recommend anyone having car issues to stop in and see if Mike and the guys at Mavis Tire can help- you won’t be sorry.
