  I came in at closing with a flat tire and Vince and Junior took care of my car instantly!! They were incredibly nice and helpful and normally everyone would be like leave your car and come back tomorrow but instead they said don’t worry about it, we are here for you and we will take care of it right now. Incredible service, fast, caring and really great work!! Would highly recommend them with any tire problem you could have!! Thank you so much Junior and Vince!!

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire. They got me in quickly and completed the work in a timely manner. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Junior was especially helpful—he was courteous, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free.   This place is the best ever . Especially for any students in the area. Mike was extremely friendly and helpful with setting up my appointment and getting my car done quick! Free of charge too because apparently it didn’t take much work. This was stressing me out too so big thanks to everyone who works here

  I went in for a rotor and pad replacement. I was greeted by Mike, and he was extremely friendly. He went out of his way to find me the best price and packages, and even provided an additional service for me for a reasonable price. The guy who serviced my car, Junior, only took 3 hours, which was considerably fast considering how bad the rust on my brakes was. I’ve been coming here sporadically for years and have not been disappointed once. I don’t even know why I bother getting service done at the dealership when they do a half-ass job while these boys do a phenomenal job. I definitely recommend coming here. 10/10 job and customer service.

He was welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and made sure every part of the process was explained clearly. You can instantly tell when someone truly cares about customer satisfaction, and Vince went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled perfectly from start to finish. He created an environment that was organized, efficient, and professional while still making me feel valued as a customer. Ethan and Michael absolutely crushed the installation. Their technical skill and teamwork were seriously impressive to watch. They handled the TPMS sensor installation with precision, confidence, and efficiency while treating my car with genuine care and respect. Every detail was handled flawlessly, and they took the time to ensure everything was functioning perfectly before I left.
