  Another great experience with the service team at JLR Buffalo. The service was prompt, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. Jessica was especially wonderful to work with. She kept me informed every step of the way, explaining solutions and alternatives clearly, including warranty accommodations for additional issues beyond what I came in for. I am most grateful for her kindness and making me feel valued as a customer and owner. Truly special. My issues were resolved in a timely fashion and the overall customer care exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.

  Talked to a guy name Austin very rude didn’t even seem like he wanted to speak didn’t ask no questions just was completely ignorant don’t recommend speaking with him. For sure blew a sale

  Our salesman Adam was absolutely amazing. My husband is disabled and Adam actually brought the vehicle out to our home for him to check it out!!! He was so accommodating for us and then came back for the sale to be completed at our convenience. Never felt rushed into the purchase and he answered all our questions. Great job!!!!! Thrilled with our new vehicle.

  I wanted to take a moment to thank Becky Webb and the management team at Land Rover of Buffalo. I’m a manager in the car business and a lot of dealerships don’t like working with consumers that work in the same business, but this dealership team was the complete opposite. From start to finish Becky was responsive, fair, and transparent about everything. To go even further with the excellent level of service I received, this was an out of state deal with a trade, which always makes things difficult for many consumers. These guys were amazing and even when we had some hiccups with transport, they still made it happen and worked with my vacation that I had planned. I’m loving my Mercedes G550 and I’m glad I was able to find the vehicle that I was looking for. If you’re looking for a Land Rover or a nice pre-owned vehicle, Land Rover of Buffalo has you covered! Please ask for Becky and you won’t be disappointed!

  So happy with my preowned Range Rover Sport I purchased! The process was so easy and stress free with Elise. Elise was so on top of everything, very friendly and knowledgeable. We also had the pleasure of working with the sales manager Tom who was very helpful and made us feel really confident and comfortable through the trade in process. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional I've never had such a positive experience at a car dealership before.
