  I been in this location 3-4 times in past couple months. Thomas and Abigail have been fantastic. Always validating I had a good experience, seeing if any thing could've been better. This time I took them up on the ride home instead of an Uber. Keep being great!

  We had a confirmed reservation and expected a normal pickup process, but what happened was completely unacceptable. The employee who assisted us, a man with short hair and a mustache, was extremely rude and aggressive from the moment we walked in. He told us there were no vehicles available despite our reservation and made no effort to help or find a solution.

  This is the first time I’ve used this location and it was amazing. The new regional manager took care of me, he was so friendly and helpful. Made my return super easy and fast. Will be using this location moving forward and I’ve had the had the best experience here! 10/10 would recomend!

  Customer service was terrible. I rented a car while mine was being repaired. I was not told that the terms of that rental are different with from their standard rentals. When I called to inquire about the return time, I was given inaccurate information about return times, but the local branch insisted upon charging me for an additional day’s rental. I then went into the local branch on multiple occasions to discuss the matter and was told someone would contact me, which they never did. When I finally caught Abigail, the lead representative, at the branch, she denied me any refund and said I had waited too long. Her attitude that was condescending, rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend Enterprise due to their poor customer service, poor communication, and inaccurate information.

  Wonderful experience with Enterprise and specifically Noah. He is a great guy who helped me through the process of renting the car and the returning process of it. He made it a easy, smooth and nice experience that left me with a very positive opinion of Enterprise. The people definitely make the difference and Noah was the guy to do it. Thank you again Noah for the pleasant visit and I hope to have you take care of the process again when ever I would need a rental car in the future.
