  I originally had a reservation at the Lockport location, but when I arrived, the manager casually informed me they had given my vehicle to someone else and had absolutely zero cars left. He offered no help or solutions. We immediately went to the Amherst location near North French instead, and the difference was night and day. The gentleman working was incredibly apologetic for Lockport's mess. He personally detailed a recently returned unit, topped off the gas, gave us a free upgrade, and got us on the road ASAP. I strongly recommend this location. Upper management needs to take notes on this employee's stellar customer service—and seriously look into the absolute joke of a management situation over in Lockport. Ps... I am still waiting to hear from the area manager, no call yet as I was promised by the customer service number.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had such a great experience with Enterprise! The employee who helped me was absolutely amazing—so friendly, kind, and professional. They made the entire rental process easy and stress-free, and their customer service was outstanding. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. I really appreciated how welcoming and helpful they were. I would definitely recommend Enterprise and will absolutely be back!

  I have been a long time customer of Enterprise with well over 100 rentals. Recently I chose them when my car had to be repaired after a minor accident. As a member of their loyalty program I expected to get points for the rental. I asked the location manager and he agreed with me. When the points didn't show up, I submitted a request to investigate. They responded "we determined that the activity cannot be added to your account because this activity has already been added to your account." I checked and still had zero points. I called their customer service line today. They told me that since insurance covered the cost of the rental, I didn't qualify for points. When I was still working, all of my rentals were covered by my employer and I got those points. That's all bad enough, but as part of the rental I paid almost $132 for the supplemental insurance. I told them since I paid for it, that should at least be credited. They refused, blaming it on the insurance discount. There was no discount on the daily insurance. While I don't rent cars as often now that I am retired, I do share my opinion with plenty of people. I got screwed by Enterprise and will be happy to let people know. I still tell people how a regional furniture store ripped me off over 30 years ago. P.S. This is a problem with Corporate, not the local facility. I'm just mentioning it so people getting their cars repaired nearby will know what to expect. P.P.S. To Drew. I already went down that road and was fed the same crap. I'm not going to do it again. The review stands as written

  I have had 2 great experiences renting from Tom at this location. He knows how to manage difficult situations with poise and professionalism. I made my reservation through the Enterprise app, and paid in person. Tom walked me through every step of the process and made sure I was happy throughout my rental. At drop off, I was checked out and on my way quickly. The Enterprise app worked seamlessly with the in-branch system, which isn't always the case. My vehicle was ready, clean and in great condition when I arrived to pick it up. Even the branch itself was tidy and clean, with large windows at its storefront letting in heaps of sunlight. As smooth as the whole rental was, it wouldn't have been the same without Tom running the show. He won Enterprise a customer!
