  Huge shout out to Abigail, who circled the wagons with the regional managers to get us (a six piece band from Massachusetts) a replacement vehicle on Mother's Day Weekend, when vehicles in the Buffalo, NY area were scarce. She went WELL beyond the call of duty to provide us with "Customer Excellence" in our time of need. Kudos to her manager, and the remainder of the team supporting her!

  Never had a problem until today. Yhe usual woman wasn't here and now there is a rude passive aggressive woman behind the counter today Thursday may 7th at 3:50 pm. I tried to call but no one answered so I came in and she's rude. I was being nice until she got rude with me. I'm only here because carstar has my car in for repair. I won't deal with this place again. My husband just stood around for a long time and he said her name was Abigail. She probably also messed up the rental because she said our car isn't a rental it's a lease which it's not. I need the real workers to come back before she messes up more. Update the woman who is trying to change our contract and charge us more for no reason called my husband back even though our car isn't in return until Monday. So he tried to ask when another employee is going to be there and she wouldn't answer. So he handed the phone to me and I asked a simple question when is another employee besides her going to be there. She with an attitude said if we are going to have another problem I won't talk to you it's not your contact. Well sorry but you aren't answering the contract holders easy question and her bad attitude is the whole problem. She's the problem and trying to rip us off now. Not going to let you do that sorry I may only be on the contract as a passenger but I pay all the bills and you are not ripping me off. The problem is you and your attitude and trying to rip us off. Now you won't let us deal with another employee who actually knows what they are doing

  Ive never really had an issue with the workers, but going online and reserving a vehicle is an excersize in futility Ive rented 9 times in the last cple years , minimum 1 or 2 week rentals. I go online, pick out a vehicle i know i can fit into, pay. Confirmation number - and Next day, the whole deal shits the bed and i find out that vehicle doesnt exist in their system. Grreat! I am 6 foot 5 and a large man. I rent suvs or trucks - putting me in a 10k mile 2026 Pacifica that stinks like feet and weed should be illegal. How does a 5 month old new vehicle smell so bad, and why give it to a customer? Stains all over the floors and seats, windows filthy "ill clean it sir - give me 20-30 minutes - nah, chillin at a rental car desk doesnt appeal to me. Ill drive w windows down I returned it the next day - a record 19 hours with that vehicle. Ended up cancelling my month long rental - im done with enterprise - i never seem to end up satisfied for thr amount of $$ i spend. And it seems like its almost w game to bait and switch to an ALWAYS more $$ option . Over it.

  Abigail at the Amherst Enterprise was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when I picked up my reservation last week. I really had the best customer service ever at the Niagara Falls Blvd (Amherst NY) location. Abigail talked me through all of my options with extreme patience and detail, and we landed on renting a mini van, which was perfect for what we needed. Abigail’s customer service was so good that I canceled a uhaul reservation I had made for my company for pick up 4/30 and switched it to Enterprise. (True story!) I run a local small business that employees 7-10 people who are often traveling to trade shows (BTB and BTC). We will now be using enterprise for all of our rentals. And that’s 100% because of the customer service we received, specifically from Abigail. (I apologize if I’m spelling her name incorrectly.) Additionally, I appreciate being able to book everything and add all the extras online. The Enterprise online platform is easy to use and helpful. But the in-person experience helps to answer the nuanced questions that aren’t covered online. During my rental with Enterprise (booked with Abigail), I had to call while in Chicago and add an extra day to our rental. She was the one who answered the phone, and helped me by adding a day with no hassle, at a low cost for an extra 24 hours. Outstanding customer service. That kind of employee is difficult to find. Between Enterprises’ online platform and Abigail’s in person help, I have no need to use any other service. My company and I are now life long Enterprise loyal! We’ll be seeing Abigail again shortly!
