- VPVedang Patel2 days ago1.0Joe the manager at this location was super rude. We were supposed to pick up a vehicle that was ordered by our insurance at this location. At the arrival they offered us a smaller vehicle or to leave. He told us to go to a different location and find out who has it. I asked him to at least help us out to find out who has the same-sized vehicle. While other people working there were trying to help but he told them that he would take care of us. Never coming there again.

They never gave us a hard time and they were so friendly! The other location down the road decided to say last minute they didn't have our car anymore, yet after we drove by we saw plenty and corporate is aware of this discrimination. They called me when I was already on the way there to tell me they didn’t have a car and won’t have one until 4pm, and tough luck so sad. 4pm rolled around and they STILL didn’t have a car and had zero solutions or remorse, not even a timeline of when I can expect one. I have never experienced such terrible customer service and bad business model.
