  When traveling to Niagara Falls for renting needs, Enterprise is a decent place to get a car and go from place to place to get around the area. The staff who worked at the Buffalo Airport after I returned my car did a great job and resolved any issues I had. Thanks for all their hard work and efforts 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾‼️‼️‼️

  Excellent team! Everyone was very friendly, professional, and truly went the extra mile to get me a fantastic car. The wait was a bit longer than expected, but that wasn’t the team’s fault. It seemed to be the result of the company’s on-demand rental policy rather than the employees, who handled the situation as well as they could. A great team that I highly recommend!

  My grandmother and I rented a vehicle earlier this month. At first, the customer service seemed great, and we were able to get into a rental without any issues. However, once we got on the road to our destination, the oil light kept coming on. The vehicle also had visible damage before we left the location, which I photographed prior to driving away. I returned the rental on July 8. Yesterday, we received a letter from the claims department stating that I told them I hit a curb and damaged the vehicle. That never happened. Not only did I never hit a curb, but the damage they’re referring to is the same damage Cameron pointed out before we left. We were told they keep records of all existing damage on their vehicles. It’s disappointing that a company would claim I admitted to something that never happened and then try to hold us responsible for damage that was already there. Thankfully, I took photos of the vehicle before leaving the lot and have already provided them to the claims department. The rental was a white jeep renegade with a black stripe on the hood just in case you rent the vehicle next and they try and frame you!
