  So as someone who works in Albany and knows the area- yall need to calm down with your reviews. There are a ton of staff and they are all communicating with each other. They checked my whole car and did an excellent job. If you go right in the morning when they open or on a weekend I can see where you may have some issues. But that’s like every business. If you have an issue go back and have them fix it without complaining. I doubt any of you went back to get it fixed. Everyone makes mistakes. And if you paid for it go back and get it fixed. This one actually did more for me than the one in Glenville.

  The crew at the Valvoline on Central Ave. in Albany, NY was great went I went in for an oil change today. I had never been to this service department before, and my information was processed efficiently, and respectfully. I really liked that I could stay in my car while the oil change was being completed. The crew checked my tire pressure, topped off the windshield washer fluid, and changed the oil. I had a positive experience during the service on my 2018 Audi Q5, with a professional group of mechanics. I would recommend this establishment.

  I have been to this Valvoline for a simple safety inspection three different days this week (and the week's not over). Every single time, there was a different excuse for why they wouldn't do a safety inspection. First it was "Oh, the whole staff is filling in from other Valvolines today, so we can't." The next day, it was, "Oh, our machine is broken, we're looking for someone to fix it." The next day, it was, "Oh, our inspection guy was in an accident and we have to find someone to replace him." Clearly they just don't like doing inspections; there's no money in it for them.
