I use Valvoline for oil changes. While at Wingstop I said an employee IN UNIFORM get very loud and aggressive with a white customer who allegedly looked at him. 1. Threatening elderly citizens because they look at you is very immature! 2. While in your uniform you represent your company and that was not a good representation of the Valvoline brand. 3. If that’s what sets him off he doesn’t need to work around anyone! As someone with years of media and public relations experience it’s never ok for an employee to act unseemly in their uniform!

Survey Comment: First time there. Guys were very friendly. Took a little longer that expected, not an issue. Coupon was a good savings, too

The manager should be watching how the staff treat customers; they are awful—they act as if they’re dealing with animals. I’m paying for terrible service.

Had my oil changed recently. Zay was incredibly helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. I was in and out within an hour and I had an overall great experience. Thanks, Zay.
