  Went to Valvoline because I needed an outdoor outlet to charge my car’s battery. A worker named “Ramon” immediately asked if I needed anything and proceeded to help me out. Even though my intent on being there wasn’t to purchase anything from them, they still decided to help me out even when they were busy. Definitely great service

  So not only did it take me 3 hours to sit in the shop then go get my own oil filter then get told the one I bought that was given to me from autozone wasn’t right one AFTER they did the oil change, the car was a genesis ( I get it it’s a European car ) THEN DECLINE TO WORK ON IT! IF YOU CANT DO IT YOU DONT DO IT. They ripped my bottom plastic oil pan protector off and then couldn’t even put that back on right so now my 80,000 car has been dangling and dragging under and it’s RUINED! So now we are going to call them first thing in the morning and see what their negligence and ignorance is going to cost. Granted I was completely nice the entire time they whined and complained after I waited 45 min to get into the shop then told to get my own filter come back wait another 30 min then sit inside the shop and listen to 5-6 grown men whine about doing oil changes they get paid to do by the time they ruined my car there was about 4 men standing around doing absolutely nothing but acting like kids in highschool. Worst service I ever had at any oil change location will be taking to dealership immediately to repair and redo everything AND VALVOLINE WILL BE PAYING!
