  They took a while and we were waiting a bit despite having a scheduled appointment. Once it was done, the tech told us this was because of some rust they needed to clear, and made sure we knew that they'd get in trouble if we didnt aswer at least 4 or 5 star on a survey, which was never sent to us. This would be fine, but I have noticed damage to my vehicle's paint finish from what looks to have been the black polyeurethane adhesive used for the glass. Looks like a glob got onto the front passenger's A-pillar and was just wiped away after it had messed up the paint. The technician also did not save or transfer the oil-change sticker from the previous windshield. I didn't notice these at the time, as the service took longer than expected, and my wife and I had to rush home to take our dog to her vet appointment and make it to our other scheduled arrangements. I marked on here that it is too expensive as well, but that isn't the fault of the technicians. That is the fault of the poor economy, vehicle industry, and for profit insurances.

  This is now the second time I’ve had a terrible experience with this location. I originally scheduled a mobile windshield replacement online and was given an appointment several days out. When the appointment day arrived, nobody showed up, nobody called, and I received no communication whatsoever. After the appointment window expired, I contacted customer service and was told the local shop would reach out. Nobody ever did. My appointment was then rescheduled without anyone contacting me first, and when that appointment came around, the same thing happened again. Customer service couldn’t even reach the local store and eventually told me the next available appointment was nearly a week away. On the third scheduled appointment, I finally received a call—but only to be told they didn’t have a technician available and would need to reschedule yet again. What makes this even more frustrating is that this is not my first bad experience with this location. During a previous windshield replacement, the technician arrived, realized he was missing a tool, left to get it, and never returned. I ultimately had to bring the vehicle to the shop myself. The windshield itself isn’t the issue. I understand that scheduling problems happen and employees get busy. The problem is the complete lack of communication, repeated no-shows, missed callbacks, and multiple broken promises over the course of more than a week. At this point, I have completely lost confidence in this location. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. In the future, I will gladly go out of my way—and even pay more if necessary—to take my business somewhere else rather than deal with this level of unprofessionalism again.

  I had mobile appointment scheduled Saturday from 12-5pm. I didn’t get a call until 430pm telling me they were closing up for the day and noticed my appointment and that they don’t do mobile appointments cause they only have 2 staff members and had to reschedule me to a different shop. I don’t understand, how come the person didn’t notice at the start of my appointment time they wasn’t going to be able to come. I waited home and missed my daughter basketball game cause I didn’t want to miss my appointment. If they wasn’t going to come I could have took my vehicle to the shop if they didn’t have a mobile technician to come. Now I have to wait a week to get my windshield replaced and the crack is spreading, getting bigger. I am very upset.
