They gave me a free upgrade because the car I requested wasn’t there, it was literally the closest car rental to the airport exit, and the two individuals I worked with at drop off and pick up, did their job with a smile and politeness that is painfully and obviously missing nowadays. Very, very happy switching to National for the very first time. They have definitely earned a customer for many years to come.

I rent from National just about every week and rarely have any issues with the cars or the service. Excellent all the way around.

Always easy pick up and drop off. Really appreciated Jordan’s assistance when dropping off the car at BOS and asking for a receipt. The service, ease of pickup and drop off, and quality of offerings will keep me coming back. Please maintain the quality and make sure to maintain service levels and I’ll be coming back.

The team at the Albany airport gets 5-stars. Handled my transaction with good humor and efficiency. Upon arrival, the rep couldn't wait to tell me I was getting a brand-new minivan with only 80 miles on it. He was fired up. I think he wanted to come with us. During my return, first question the rep asked, "how was the van-borghini?" He's a big fan. Quick in and out. Extremely efficient. Made eye contact and smiled rather than mumbling while looking down at an iPad. Exceptional teamwork!!
