  Top notch spot . Paul greets you and always willing to help. They take their time explaining and find you the cheapest way not always trying to rob you .

  This place has been the worst tire shop I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with all day today. My boyfriend was trying to do me a favor by getting me a new tire. So First, he made an appointment the night prior for 11:30am and shows up well on time for it today. They said it would be about a 30 min - hour wait. More than two hours pass before they tell my boyfriend that they don’t even have the tire that my car needs.And within that time frame they prioritized another person for the same service that had an appointment at 1pm and also within conversation was shown a receipt from may (within this week) and confessed they didn’t even know it was may. These people are completely Incompetent in running a business, with horrible management of their daily schedules on top of clearly not being educated enough to use their own critical thinking skills needed for this job. Like be for real and I still don’t have a tire!!!

  Absolutely awful experience. Do not go here unless you want to waste three hours of your time for something as simple as getting a tire changed. I made an 11:30 AM appointment at 7 AM this morning for a tire change, waited 3 hours for them not even to be able to change the tire. Not to mention another gentleman made an appointment for 1:00pm and was out of there by 1:30. Assistant Manager Tim is clueless on how to do his job, like operate their point of sale system, has horrible customer service skills and is out of it. He told a customer that just paid, that his receipt wasn’t from today and that it was back in may… We are in may. Everything about this place was ridiculous and unprofessional. Would not go to this place as there are many other better options, not far in proximity to them. I was just unfortunate enough to chose them.

  Called 5 other shops Friday morning -couldn’t get me in until the following week. On Saturday I drove down central Ave to go to a Mavis when I passed Mr tire. I turned around and decided to try them instead. Walked in to get a driver side tire mounted - walked in around 1pm and was back on the road by 1:30. These guys got me in and out fast on a busy Saturday as a walk in. Will be using them from now on for every service they offer. Staff was laid back and relaxed and waiting area was nice and clean. Highly recommend, would give more stars if I could.

  This was a terrible experience. I called to order tires on a Friday and was told I had to go to the store to put a deposit down so they could be ordered and would be in the following day - on Saturday. I left work early and went to the store to put down $672. I was given an appointment for 2:00 the following day. Before I left my house the following day, I called to confirm the time. I was told the tires wouldn't be in until Monday and I could come in some time that week. I had explained when I ordered them that I needed the tires done by Saturday because I needed to go see my father who was very sick and the family was all coming in to see him on Sunday. He was in Connecticut and one of my tires had a leak and constantly needed air so it had to be replaced before I could drive that far. I was assured the tires would be in on Saturday. I ended up having to get the tires on Saturday elsewhere. I have called Mr Tire numerous times for a refund of the $672. Its been almost 3 weeks and I have not seen a credit. No one will return my call. Good luck if you choose to use this place!
