  4th of July, late afternoon. Last place in the world was to get in car and go anywhere, but sent to get watermelon, some celebration gathering. And a few blocks from home, "tire needs air immediately" light comes on. I get to pump and tire doesn't inflate. Google closest tire repair. Pep Boys. Make online appt. Get there cautiously as tire is sounding noisy. Walk in, and they see I've made an appt. But they haven't got a technician. Come back on Wednesday. It is Saturday. They apologize and suggest Monro a couple doors down. I walk over and like an oasis in the desert, they're open, and staffed, and busy as hell, and Tony welcomes me, and though he is just finishing his shift, and cleaned up and readying to leave for a family holiday party, he's all in. Super friendly. Super service-oriented. Super super human. The fix is towards repair, and not upsell. Super patient care. Austin, one of his colleagues, kindly explains things, while Tony, takes his personal vehicle to a neighboring shop for part needed. Tony returns. He does the necessaries and the car is back on task, watermelon and goodies to come, and these Munro Super stars reminding all that holidays are meant to be for non-work, a day for relaxation and fun, yet, in a time of need, we need be deeply thankful for those who labor so graciously, tjoughtfully, caringly, generously and decently through them! Thank you Super mucho Tony, Austin and Munro! Super amazing!

  I went in for a tire flat and was helped immediately. The process itself took about an hour or less. The people there were great and had good customer service!

  Needed to replace my exhaust. Called ahead to plan my repair, they had the parts needed when I got there and managed to complete the repair in under an hour, for $500 less than the place I first had it checked at quoted for me. Friendly service too.

  Friendly and courteous staff. Was able to give me an appointment rather quickly. Worked pretty fast considering what needed to be done. Fair prices.
