  I spoke to someone in the shop and made an appointment for Monday at 1pm for a state inspection. Left work early and had my coworker in the parking lot only to be told they will have to cancel my appointment. Was not contacted ahead of time. Was told to come Thursday at 7:30am and I could drop off my car and at the end of day pick up my car. Arrived at 4:30pm only to be told they their system had to update and to come in again 7:30am on Friday. Was never contacted or notified and confirmed they had the correct phone number. Came in on Friday at 7:30am and they didn’t even touch my car until 8:15am. Was extremely late for work when it was finally completed. I understand this happening once but 3 times I had to leave work and ask a coworkers to pick/drop me off. This was unacceptable and I hope they do better for someone else.

  Thank you very much fixing my car. Right now I have very upset with MONROE. Someone in this shop has STICKY FINGERS. Yep, I said it. I don’t know why all my change in my pouch is gone. It doesn’t matter if it’s change. It’s still money that that they didn’t have to take. Now have to call this number that was provided. I will get to the bottom of this. Little thief’s. IF YOU BRING YOUR CAR HEAR PLEASE BE SURE TO REMOVE ALL YOUR MONEY FROM THE CAR. Loose change, bills, cheques, anything money wise.

  BUYER BEWARE!!!!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE This place is completely incompetent. They managed to damage a sensor on my vehicle and then tried to cover it up by claiming they replaced something they clearly never even touched. It wasn’t just a mistake—it was dishonest and insulting. What’s worse is the total lack of accountability. No effort to fix their error, no ownership of the damage they caused—just excuses and deflection. That’s not just bad service, that’s a business you cannot trust. If you value your car at all, do not bring it here. The level of care, skill, and integrity is nonexistent. You’re far better off taking your vehicle to an ACTUAL PROFESSIONAL instead of risking it with losers who clearly have no idea what they’re doing.

  I recently went to the location at 980 Central Ave, and the team there quickly diagnosed my problem, took care of it promptly and got me back on the road. Great Service overall. I would definitely recommend anyone having car trouble to check out Tony and the guy's at Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers.

  Omg! Worst experience ever! I went in to get a slow leak looked at since the tire I bought from them in September was still insured. I got checked in and after sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours, the guy at the desk asked me if I was checked in and I said yes. He asked me "who checked you in?" To which i responded "um, you did?!" I asked him if they could fix my tire and he said yes. They found a small roofers nail and plugged the hole. I drove home and around midnight I noticed my tire was completely flat. I had to call roadside assistance to put on the spare for me so I could make it to my early morning doctor appointment the next day. I drove my car back the next day and asked them to just replace the tire. They charged me $75 even though they couldnt patch a small hole in a tire the day before and wasted a whole other day. All of my interior lights came on during this including check engine and when I brought it up, they said it had nothing to do with them. They also scratched the hell out of my rim trying to get the tire bolts off. I paid the money and literally ran out of there.
