  I got a deal for my calibers to be replaced at Monro, I went to Monro at 11/12/2025 to get Calibers done, im trying to get my rotors and brakes done & come to find out you guys literally either broke a part on my car or just got rid of a part (Calibers hardware) instead of literally breaking things on my car or getting rid of things on my car, why don’t you communicate with the owner of the car?! Also they are saying my brake line is also moved, whyyyyyyyyyyy doesn’t anyone communicate with the owner, because certain things on my car is broken i HAVE to spend MORE MONEY ON CAR PARTS FOR NO REASON, so yes thank you for the deal, but ya’ll need better communication, im literally pissed off & so disappointed cause i literally trusted this car garage & trusted Monro.. my boyfriend and i cashapped the guy since he gave us a deal. Never coming to this Monro ever again, wouldnt recommend since now i have more shit broken on my car. Only time im coming to Monro is if yall ever fix my car correctly, or just now give me my money back, a guy with a Jamaican accent was working on my car & the “manager” was there but didn’t say shit.

  Tony is the best at Monro , customer service the beat by far. He actually will not try to cheat you like other repair shops , he told me i should take care of my ball joints and calipers before it became a bigger problem. Also 12 months, 12,0000 mile warranty on all labor at the shop. 5 years later still the only shop I go to .

  Never can get any services done at this location the young guy in the front goes outta his way to figure out why they can’t help u and send u somewhere else. I thought the object of good business is to actually have business and make money? All they do is throw it away. And the attitudes suck. My husband is disabled and they always act as if he is bothering them or interfering with their day smfh won’t come here ever again
