I brought my flat/torn tire in on its rim and the manager Shatique (my man, I hope I haven't misspelled your name) a/k/a Tique (?) and, although they didn't carry my model tire, Tique worked with me to select a tire of the same brand and that has a nearly matching tread pattern. His shop did the job on the spot, it took about 25 minutes, start to finish, all at fair price. I left as a happy customer and was on my way. I'll probably be back.

I came in thinking I had recently purchased “brand new” tires from a dealer, but after the tech took a look, he explained that wasn’t actually the case and that the dealer must’ve gotten over on me. He was honest, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly instead of trying to upsell me. What really shocked me was that another customer overheard the conversation and anonymously paid for two sets of tires for me. That moment alone says a lot about the kind of people this shop attracts and the atmosphere they create. Genuine, honest, and caring people all around. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the staff treated me with respect the entire time. I’m beyond grateful and would recommend this shop to anybody looking for trustworthy work and amazing customer service.

I believe the manager's name was Shatik... he was so polite, empathetic, considerate and sweet! I got my spare put on and was able to make it to my brother!! I don't know if he knows how much he blessed me!! But I recommend this mavis to any and everybody!!! He definitely gained a customer. When I get my tire replaced, or any work done on my car, I definitely will be coming back to this location!!! All the staff was polite and kind, something that's hard to find, when your dealing with mechanics!!! Thank you so much. I most definitely will be back And you gained in loyal customers. Go check them out.You won't be disappointed!!!!
