I made an appointment for 8 AM and I was the first customer in the store, however I sat in the waiting area and watched the staff work on every car that came in after me, while also telling every person that they were first come first serve. One hour of waiting and someone comes out to tell me that they can’t even do the work because someone called in. This place is the worst.

I made an appointment at 8am for a replacement of one tire. I showed up at my scheduled appointment time and apparently my singular tire would not be done until 11am. They said there were cars from last night not done and other people ahead of me. If someone makes an appointment, costumers expect the business to honor that! We make an appointment to be seen at that time and to plan around our day. How does one tire take 3 hours? On your website you claim that a tire change can be as quick as 20 mins to as long as 1.5 hours. For the price you guys charge for one tire + this wait time doesn’t even add up. You either need to hire more people or new management.
