Time frame: 11am to 3:00pm
By far the worst tire place I have ever been to. I wanted one tire, it took four hours. I see this is a common trend at this place. My mother made a reservation from 11am to 12:00pm; however, heard the front desk employee saying, "first come, first serve." Then, why do reservations.
I understand they were understaffed, then stop taking so many tickets. At one point they did stop; however, it was to late. They had my car on the rack sitting there for well over two hours. I finally asked about it and they didn't have the tire. Just tell me I would have left. The front desk person was courteous that's about all I can say was good about this place.

I went to Mavis because I had a slow leak, and from my initial phone call to the time I pulled off, the service was great. The communication was there the entire time, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and cool.
I definitely appreciated how easy they made the whole experience. No runaround, no wondering what was going on, just good customer service from start to finish.

Huge shoutout to Dominique at the Mavis Discount Tire on Central Ave! I recently brought my 2021 Toyota Camry in, and the service was absolutely stellar from start to finish. Dominique was professional, transparent, and made sure my car was taken care of quickly. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer care these days. Do NOT bring your vehicle to this shit show of a buisness. The manager has a real attitude problem. I set up a reservation to have 4 new tires put on my jeep that were going to be purchased from Mavis. I asked how long my jeep would sit there before being worked on. The manager flipped out and said they would get to it when they got a chance. Why did i make a reservation? Whats the point. Might as well just show up and hope for the best? Nah. Not to mention the parking lot was crawling with drug addicts. No thanks. Never again Mavis

Absolutely horrific customer service. We made an appointment for 8:30 this morning to get all four tires and TPMS sensor replaced. The manager gave my husband an absolutely piss poor attitude and said it could be HOURS. Also stated that the appointment didn't matter. NEVER BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Biggest mistake we made. I would never spend another PENNY at Mavis anywhere.
