  Pulled in at 5:35–one of the last customers on a Sunday, with no appointment. They were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Had encounters with 4 different employees while I was there for various reasons. Each one was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. So impressed! I was in and out in 20 minutes for oil change and tire rotation. Great job, Jiffy Lube!

  I went for an inspection and was told I needed 2 new tires to pass. I got the new tires the next day and went back the following day for a free reinspection. It wasn't all that busy so I didn't expect to be there too long. It took an hour for my car to get into the bay and I thought all they had to do was confirm I had new tires. Someone started working on my car, removing filters that were purchased 2 days earlier. Apparently he thought it was a full inspection. I spoke up and they corrected him. I thought the car was finished and didn't understand why it was sitting there with the old sticker. Then I was told he wasn't the inspector and I had to wait for that person. Another half hour passed until they finally looked, saw new tires and sent me on my way. Better communication and more workers would help. Also, quick rechecks involving one item like tires should be given priority to move things along for everyone Just my opinion.

  Went last week for a inspection. They said my tires are no good and I have to replace them to pass the inspection. Change my tires this morning at Walmart and went back for an inspection. The guy looks at me and accuses me that I didn’t change the tires and just rotated them, which-no I just literally got new tires this morning before going there. He continues to say that I am lying to him and I didn’t change them. I’m think Even if I didn’t change them and just rotated why would that be any of your business as long as my car is passing the inspection. Still they charged for the inspection and didn’t pass the car even thought everything is good with the car. Disgusting guy was accusing me of lying when he can see they are brand new tires and the back tires are still good.

  Do Not go here. I went in for my first oil change on my almost new car. I asked for the price and they said they couldn’t give it until the end. I should have left then. I told them oil change only. There were several cars ahead of me. I waited more than 30 minutes. They pulled my air and cabin filter which I didn’t ask for, and they said they filled my washer fluid which I had just filled— so maybe they put in a half inch. They charged 9.99 for shop supplies and the mechanic told me it’s probably for rags and solvents. They charged $139.95 plus tax — Far more than they should have. After I gave them my $30 discount my cost was $118.78. Afterwards I called the dealership and they said they charge $89 for the same oil change. I last had the oil changed, on my other vehicle, in TX at a Jiffy Lube, and it cost me $ 41.22 about a year ago after my discount coupon. Very disappointed in this location. Never expected a Jiffy Lube to cost more than a dealership! They have about a 300% markup. The synthetic oil and oil filter for my car, I can get for under $45. All other Jiffy Lube locations I have been to were under $85 without a discount for my past vehicles, including for vehicles that needed more oil. I will never return to this location. I recommend everyone avoids this place.

  I waited for an hour. No one came to get me like they usually do to “review” the services and look for upgrades. I then noticed that my car was being pulled out of the garage. After waiting for the cashier to come, he then told me I had to wait longer because “his partner was still completing the paperwork”. I waited longer and he cashed me out. My $20 coupon wasn’t working so he did tell me he had a coupon that he would use for $30. I thanked him. Once I got in my car and reviewed my receipt, it appears only my lights and wipers were checked. The 2nd page of my receipt showed that my engine and cabin filters were not checked or the other fluid levels. I believe this is routine service. WITH the $30 coupon, I still paid $153.86!!!! For what? The cost of the oil was $28.48 per my receipt. I clearly did not get the “signature service” that they advertise. Over paid, poor service.
