    What an absolute terrible experience. I pulled into Jiffy Lube on a Tuesday morning right around 8 AM when it opened. There were several cars there in line Who were getting moved around to other bays. I got Moved to the middle line with two cars in front of me. 15 minute oil change took almost an hour and a half for me to get into a bay and then another 45 minutes for the work on my car to be done. I thought being there at 8 AM I’d be able to make my 930 meeting at work. Nope. We’ll never go to this place again.

    The technicians are incompetent. Wasted 2.5 hours there last time I went. I use to really like Jiffy Lube for the convenience and short wait. I've now had multiple bad experiences at Jiffy Lube. One where non-existent issues were found (confirmed by an actual mechanic same day that no issues existed). Another time they put the wrong oil weight into my car (the oil weight required is explicitly written on the oil cap)! Luckily I checked the paperwork before any potential damage happened. Don't waste your time and money here. It's unfortunate, but I will never be returning.

    Update 5: Spoke to Jeremy today. He confirmed that this issue will not be going through insurance, and that the decision to pay for damage will go through the district manager. He said it's probably due to a recall on Kias with model years 2018-2022. I searched my cars vin, and there are no recalls relating to what Jeremy mentioned to me. Update 4: I just sent over documentation requested by Jeremy the Assistant Manager. Waiting for a response. Update 3: My point of contact is Jeremy, the Assistant Manager. He requested documents, and stated he was confused why I haven't provided these yet. They were not provided yet since this was the FIRST time someone from the franchise spoke to me. I'm confused why my point of contact isn't at least the store manager. But I'll follow their process I suppose. Sending these over today. Will provide updates accordingly. Update 2: thanks for the response! Hopefully I can get a more detailed response from PVA soon! Still waiting :) Update: it’s been days since I contacted them. Haven’t heard anything back yet. They do have so many new reviews in the past couple of days, seems like they’re trying to bury my review! I went in for an oil change may 15th. The car started making weird noises a couple week later. Brought it to my mechanic to diagnose. Jiffy lube shorted my SUV 3 quarts of oil. (There was no oil leak found). 3 quarts missing is absolutely negligence. Now, my car has permanent engine damage. My options are to replace the engine or trade the vehicle in for far less than it’s worth. This was a newer car. I’ve been a customer here for two years. Never again. Head the warnings you find in these Google reviews. These techs don’t know what they’re doing.

    Price is fair but what is going on with the workers? Sat there for an hour waiting for a state inspection just for them to claim they couldn't find the lug nut key. Fine, give me the truck back and I'll go to the dealer. Sat for another 20 minutes before they gave it back. So I pull out, look in the center console, SITTING RIGHT THERE, is the lug key. Pull back around "oh my mistake, sorry I looked there and didn't see." No problem, get me in and get me out we'll be good. Nope. I sit for another hour before they finally bring it out to me. While I'm sitting there another customer gets yelled at because all he wanted was an oil and they start trying to take out his cabin air filters. When he steps out to ask them to stop because he already told them JUST an oil change, he gets yelled at to go back into the lobby. Do better. This was a waste of everyone's time.

    I went in for an oil change with my Nissan rogue 2022. Apparently my vehicle has a lot of recalls and engine issuesi discovered after they did the oil change. I drove home and my vehicle then started spitting out white smoke and shaking and randomly turning off. I’ve only had this car for six months and this was the first oil change. I got so I called the next day and asked if I can bring my vehicle back. I called the following day because I got serviced on a Sunday and they were already closed. I spoke to I believe the Assistant manager named Bri. She was super helpful and the hospitality of this individual was amazing. I can’t point fingers at anyone or blame them because they honestly just revealed an issue with my car that has been prolonging to be found. This woman went above and beyond and actually went to another store to get equipment to check to see what was going on with my vehicle, come to find out my coolant system was actually slowly leaking into my engine not only did she spend her own money to buy these tools that they did not have but she also made sure to call the store manager and the district manager, and they did a thorough run through and diagnostic on my vehicle. They even offered to reimburse me for a tow if need be, and if it was an issue with my oil change to reimburse me for the oil change, I’m really not mad about the situation. I was blessed to have worked with such kind and hospitable individuals because she did not have to do what she did for me. She also took pictures and videos and sent me all the information so when I had my car towed to Nissan, they could see everything that she already had done and the diagnostics that they had ran. I highly recommend going to Jiffy Lube and if you get the chance to get Bri definitely do so they’re not that many people that would go go above and beyond like she did. Even after I left the shop and waited for them to look at my vehicle, she kept calling and sending me updates on what was going on which did bring peace and ease. I then had AAA come and tow my car because there is a warranty on the engine unfortunately the oil change being done did not negatively affect my car, but it did trigger the issue. Not there fault at all and honestly so blessed. Thank you ! Once my car is fixed, I’ll be back to get my free car wash 😊
