  Been renting with enterprise for 8 years. I am familiar with their policies, this location is similar to the wild Wild West. They are Biased. The skillfully play with policies to deter customers from renting there. I Came on two different occasions to this location to try and rent. The first time I came they denied me a rental and tried to charge me 300 dollar deposit which is procedure for a debit card. At the time the store manager explained to me because I’m living out of state it was normal for them to charge the deposit. The first time happened 3 months ago. Today three months later they tried to charge me again the 300 dollar deposit but this time it wasn’t because I had an out of state id this time it’s because as the worker explained they charge a deposit no matter if it’s credit or debit. In my eight years of renting with enterprises this interaction in this store felt biased. It felt like they didn’t want to work with me, I’m upfront I would rather the managers and the workers say what it is you don’t want my business there. I’m writing this to caution avid enterprise renters. DONT COME TO THIS LOCATION. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER STORE.

  Pick up and drop off were exceptionally smooth, taking a total of 10 minutes or less. Everyone at enterprise was warm and welcoming and happy to get us exactly what we needed. Vehicle was great, no issues at all. We will definitely rent from them again!

  Rented a car there this week for two days, the staff were all amazing! Friendly, knowledgeable, and above and beyond, helpful! I was both drop off and pick up went smooth and quickly and their customer service after I had an issue was top notch. I would definitely rent again.

  My car broke down unexpectedly so I have had to rent a car a couple of times. The staff was accommodating and as helpful as could be both times. Everyone there is kind and thoughtful. I highly recommend renting from here.
