  I was dealing with a pretty stressful situation after being in a car accident, and [Brandon] at Enterprise Rent-A-Car really made the process easier for me. He was patient, professional, understanding, and took the time to explain everything clearly. During a difficult time, his attitude and customer service stood out and genuinely helped reduce some of the stress I was dealing with. I think employees like him deserve recognition because he went above and beyond. He represented the company extremely well, and I hope his hard work and professionalism are recognized by management. Thank you!

  This place is ridiculous. I’ve been waiting for 3 to 4 weeks for somebody to call me from corporate I still haven’t received a call back or anything. The rest department put me down for do not rent, in Latham, New York, but I don’t understand why because I don’t have no balance that I owe. I asked the lady can I speak to her manager She told me she is the manager I asked her. Can I speak to someone that’s over her She told me no and then hung up on me. Two times they wait this long to give you a call back but when they want their money or you owe them, they call you right away
