  Hannah made my rental experience so much less stressful. I was initially given a car that smelled strongly like cigarettes and she immediately stepped in to help resolve the issue. She was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a better experience. Great customer service can make all the difference and Hannah definitely did that. Thank you again for your help!

  When I arrived at Enterprise last week 7:30am everyone was very professional and friendly in the office, it was some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced renting a car, they have a great group working at this location on central ave, these guys were awesome! They deserve 10 stars in my opinion, keep up the great work!

  Bad service and will not recommend renting a car here. Didn’t let me rent because my address in license and credit didn’t match even why I told them I just moved states.
