  They have the worst customer service. I have a leased Nissan Ayria, 1 yr old. I have had multiple issues with this car the front sensor stopped working within the 1st two weeks; then, the driver's seat has been loose and moves when youastop and start. I made a service appointment and spoke at length with the staff for this appointment. And they agreed it would be under warrenty. The day of service, the service staff sits down and imemdiately states it will be $169 or $189 for them just to look at it. And that maybe it may be covered but most likely not that a loose screw is not covered. Even though it is a lease and under warranty. This is the second time and second dealership that uses this service tactic. They threaten high cost even though the car is under warrenty and that the blame is yours before even looking at the car. Same thing happened with the broken sensor. Thsi also took mre more than 3 weeks to make this appointment. Long story short they did not do anything with my car. I cannot recommend this dealership or Nissan worst service and warrenty I have ever had in my life. I have had new cars for 30+ years but never been threatened not to cover their crap car I received. And that Nissan obviously teaches their service people to act and treat their clients this way. Stay away from this dealership and Nissan!!!!!!!! Not worth it.

  Purchased a 2026 Murano last month which is absolutely beautiful. Returned a few weeks later to buy a car for my college bound daughter. Worked closely with Ian and Gianni with both vehicles. They were amazing! Made the process so easy! Would give more stars if I could! 10/10 recommended Destination Nissan

  Recently purchased a vehicle from Destination and worked with Saumera (sales), Ed (manager) and Gianni (finance). I could not be happier. Managed to trade up to a new car, when I had initially only planned to buy used. Saumera was very patient and no-pressure. (I was really unsure about what to buy.) They also managed to find a great bank rate with a local lender. I could not be happier with the car or the service. A++

  My experience with Saumera was great she was very helpful with everything her personality was great she explained everything step by step and was very professional. And so was the gentleman who also worked with her . My experience was a very good one .I would recommend my friends and family .
