  I recently had my 5k oil change and tire rotation and Chad was my contact. Service was first class: from the text confirming my appointment to Chad reaching out to let me know that they would be inspecting my car as it was due this month. That little extra attention to detail was a huge time saver and one less thing I had to worry about this month. Amazing experience and greatly appreciated!

  This was my first visit to Destination Nissan and it will not be my last.. my advisor Chad emailed me with updates, responded promptly to my question and concerns, did a group call with me and three of my family members. My technical provided a detailed easy to understand report of all issues and recommendations.. They checked what repairs were covered by my warranty. My only action in the warranty process was providing Chad with the policy and phone numbers. Patience, thoroughness, ease and stress-free were all provide on that day by Destination Nissan..blessed

  I did not want a car payment after just paying off my car a year ago. I went to Destination Nissan and Ian made my experience so fast and easy. I showed him the car I wanted and within 45 minutes deal was done. I came back 2 days later and I have my beautiful red nissan rogue thank you Ian and Gianni. Gianni got me a great deal on my loan with low affordable payments and the best warranty I have ever had anywhere. Go see Ian and Gianni at Destination Nissan I will forever be greatful. Thank you guys for all your help and the best customer service.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue and had a wonderful experience. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and much less stressful than I expected. Everyone at the dealership was professional, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout the purchase. They took the time to answer my questions, explain my options, and helped me find the right vehicle without ever making me feel pressured.   Giving it a three because I love my Nissan rogue. Jeff McCarthy and Mohammad were great when purchasing my vehicle a couple months ago. I haven’t been satisfied with their mechanics a single time. I feel like they aren’t listening to me. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a young woman or what. Rear Camera- has been cutting out while actively reversing. They’ve looked at my car 2 times and nothing. They can’t replicate it so they won’t do anything. It’s not often that it happens so they took my car. I’m thinking they would take it until it happened. They didn’t even have my car a full day before giving up and telling me nothing can be done. I’ve almost hit at least four cars while reverse due to the camera shutting off. My volume button- I received my car with the volume button messed up. No problem! As long as it’s fixed. It took three times to be fixed properly. Tires- I hear a sound in my front tire and take it in. They say I have ‘aggressive tires’ how if it’s a CPO? I didn’t change the tires. They’ve checked this twice as well. After getting my tires rotated I was able to narrow it down to one tire that I hear a sound from. There’s probably something else I’m missing, but I have a TBI while trying to handle this. I am going to try and go in this week between other appointments. It’s a shame really. Wish me luck!!
