Great service. Saved me far from home, Mark came twice as fast as quoted for time and loaded my car up with care! Means a lot since it is a special old car to me. Would recommend to anybody needing roadside or towing assistance!

Amazing customer service - and quick response. I accidentally locked myself out of a U-Haul with the truck running. I called the first number that came up on my Google search, which seemed like a company that just forwards calls to contractors. They said to wait for a call. After 30 minutes I called Capital District Towing and they had a truck to me 15 minutes later. Dillion was kind and quickly got me into the locked truck and on my way. Cost was about 1/2 what I was expecting to pay. THANK YOU VERY MUCH - GREAT COMPANY!
