Mark was extremely professional, attentive, communicative, and accommodating. I've had cars towed within the area before. However Capital district towing is now my go-to! MARK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, HELPFUL, AND ACCOMMODATING. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM IN THE FUTURE IF NEEDED, AND RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

So I did and within 25 minutes, Chandler arrived, loaded up and had us on our way. Capital District Towing rocked it from the dispatch call, to arrival time and even cleanup with absorbent for leaked oil without missing a beat. Cancel AAA subscription and just add these guys to speed dial. No hold time, just the quick emergency roadside assistance when you need it! We appreciate you! Thank you for all you do and be safe!
