    Autozone loyalist up to 2 years ago. I purchased oil, wipers, and various filters for several family vehicles at your Guilderland location and a few days later returned with about 8 quarts of used oil and was treated like (bleep). At that moment I decided all online car and small equipment repair purchases never again at autozone. Unless I was in a pinch with zero options and I since take my used oil where we purchase tires. Last week pinch I needed a part for a family member that autozone had in stock by a quality vendor at the Colonie location. Its pretty interesting to observe several male employees literally doing nothing on the clock around the counter while the one women working holds it down. Twice this happened as I dealt with the parts. I spent about 20 minutes each time waiting for a transaction to be completed because the women employee was actually working while 3 guys the first time and 2 the second did absolutely nothing. They didn't even address customers only the women did. On the first visit I'm pretty sure it was the manager with 2 other guys cause he was talking about making decisions but didn't have the insight to assist customers right in front of his face and yeah he knew. Customers were waiting. This was a chance to win me back. From what I observed in 40 minutes of aging at the register the women should manage the store and be paid two or three times salary as they were the only ones working with any customer service abilities. You'd expect with all the competition autozone would be on the ball 2 stars for part inventory, otherwise zero.

    I was picking up an order. Very friendly service but I think because I was a woman they ignored me for the first few minutes I was in line, I was the only person in line also
