Service is always prompt and well done, and prices are fair. Friendly staff and nice recent improvements to the waiting area. Would recommend to anyone.

This shop did great work and work was done relatively quick. Prices are very reasonable. Communication was amazing and all the folks there were very friendly! I will absolutely be back and I am recommending to all my friends/family!

I needed brake work. Looked around in the area and so glad I went with Albany Auto Service. They fit me in the same day and got me back on the road in short order. They appear to know their stuff and run a well-oiled business. This will be my go-to shop for any future auto service. Thank you...

I can’t say enough great things about Jeff and the team at Albany Auto! They did an amazing job taking care of the brakes on my son’s car, and from start to finish, they were friendly, professional, honest, and incredibly easy to work with. It’s such a relief to find a shop you can genuinely trust, especially when it comes to your child’s car. Jeff took the time to explain everything, never made us feel pressured, and made sure the job was done right. Thank you, Jeff and the entire Albany Auto team, for taking such great care of us! We will absolutely be back and highly recommend you to anyone looking for an honest, trustworthy, and reliable auto shop! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Honestly going to any repair or mechanic shop is a gamble especially as a woman. I can honestly say that that Jim, Jeff and Keegan took care of me and were so respectful and pleasant. Whatever issue was present, they were really positive and proactive about fixing it even when I was frustrated, their optimistic attitudes def were reassuring and lightened up the mood (lol). Everyone there is chill and friendly and they had an awesome lifetime oil change special. Sorry if u missed it this time, anyways definitely recommend!
