  So far, having a really good experience with them. Getting repairs done with my CarMax limited warranty has been pretty smooth. They have great customer service, their communication is superb (emails, phone calls, and text updates/reminders), and they seem trustworthy. They even offered me a slice of pizza while I was there for a couple hours! Lol. My last trusted mechanic that I'd been going to for years shut down shop and I've been weary of where to bring my car because a lot of mechanics upcharge and are scammy. So, after my warranty period is over, I'm going to continue visiting here for maintenance and hopefully I continue getting the same great service.

  I had an excellent experience! The prices were beyond good, and the quality of the work was great. Very friendly staff. Lots of different promotions that made work way cheaper than maintenance at a dealership or other general company's.
