  Jorge and Octavio were awesome at working with me to make the purchase of our new Bronco easy. An issue arose with some miscommunication with the lending institution that changed the payment from the agreed upon deal. Octavio immediately took action and ensured that the mistakes were corrected and did this on a Friday at end of business and secured the original amount agreed upon and I drove out with my new Bronco that next Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend. Jorge stayed in contact with me and was transparent with action being taken and reassured me that everything would be worked out. It is this service that makes Humboldt Ford my first choice in purchasing a new vehicle and I will pass this along to friends and family.

  Quick, easy with good conversation. We had our sons with us, which the owner took on tours and got the food. What a life saver. Great outfit

  We were not planning on buying a new car anytime soon but Saturday my car became unfixable. We are tired of driving to Reno so we decided to give the local ford dealership a try. Drove up there just to look and we were treated so well and liked what they had to offer. Buying processs was seamless start to finish. Morgan in sales and Octavio in financing were great. Open honest Communication, they really cared about getting us what we wanted. And we left very happy with our new purchase.
