  Service manager was extremely helpful. My F250 threw a code while towing our rv. I didn't know what code. I went to Humbolt Ford on Saturday morning, the service manager came out with a code reader and was able to clear it and get me and my wife on our way.

  I came early morning for an issue on my motorhome on a Ford E450 chassis. A Mobil mechanic told me that I needed an evap charcoal canister replaced and that they didn't have the part. At the helpdesk, I explained that I was stranded with 2 dogs and needed someone to help me go back home. The gentleman told me they were booked but he will try to get me in between. He said, that as far as part, they worked with several stores and since it was a ford parts, he could get it in, if they didn't have it at the dealership. Once checked in, he asked me to go park in the back. So, I would not be in the way. 6hrs later, no news. I went back to the front desk and I was told that technicians couldn't help me as they were too busy. And they couldn't help the next day neither. So, if I had not come to the front desk to check, they would have closed out for the day, and I would have still been park in the back waiting. They could at least let me know, instead of letting me hung dry with my 2 dogs on the back of their parking lot. Out of sight... After, finding out, I called all around to find a mechanic, at 2pm on a Friday. Of course no luck. Until I called Zuniga's repair. He told me to come by so he can see if he can help. And he did. He dropped everything to help me. He did what the big Ford dealership couldn't even bother to do. He looked at it and fixed it.

  My recent service appointment was top-notch! I was able to get an appointment within the same week and my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner. Every person I came in contact with was pleasant, helpful and genuinely happy to provde great customer service.
