  We had a great experience with Morgan at Humboldt Ford in Winnemucca! She was friendly, attentive, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. She worked hard to get us a great trade-in value and made sure we were taken care of throughout the process. We really appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend Morgan to anyone looking for a vehicle!

  Purchased my new car for Morgan Huerta at Humboldt Ford. I have never had a better car buying experience. Morgan made me feel comfortable from the beginning to the end. Morgan is extremely knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable and happy with my decision, plus she is funny! Great car buying experience. Will definitely be going to Morgan at Humboldt Ford in the future!

  I ordered a pickup, with Kenzie a Sales Consultant knowing that there's a waiting period possibly up to 6 months, during this waiting period Kenz relocation to another job. After 3 months of not hearing anything from Ford motor co. I started to wonder why, knowing Kenz had left. I visited Humboldt Ford and met my new Sales Consultant, a lovely friendly young lady named Amber Orzech, she was so reassuring and calming and helped me going forward. Amber connected me with Jeff Geyer the Sales Manager, with the help of both they were able to locate a pickup almost exactly as I ordered. They worked hard to get it to the Humboldt lot before the 4th of July Holiday, just in time for me to get in on the Ford Motor special discount, saving me a whole bunch of money. I highly recommend working with either or both to anyone interested in a vehicle. But I must add I didn't meet anybody ( And I was introduced to many ) that wasn't friendly. Thanks again Amber and Jeff looking forwarded to continue business with new friends.

  I had an absolutely wonderful experience buying my car here! From the moment I started the process everyone was professional and genuinely helpful. Charlie & Octavio were fantastic — patient, friendly, and truly went out of their way to make sure I found the right car without ever making me feel pressured. They went above and beyond to make the experience easy and enjoyable. I absolutely love my new Bronco Sport! If you’re looking for a dealership that truly cares about its customers and wants to make the car-buying experience a positive one, I highly recommend them. Five stars all the way!

  Due to last minute airline travel plan changes, the husband drove cross-country to Reno, NV from Cheyenne, WY. He got a late start & happen to be near Winnemucca around 9pm, when the check-engine light blinked on & off and engine sounded rough. Checked for a close-by mechanic & saw the amazing reviews for the Ford dealership. Husband checked-in 1st thing in the morning and the crew there did everything right to get him back on the road. A huge shout out to Ms. Alechea & the tech on duty (apologize, don't have the name). Alechea got him processed in quickly and the tech quickly diagnosed a cracked spark plug. Tech did the needed repairs and vehicle back to the husband quickly. An extra shoutout to Ms. Alechea for having the concern & care for my husband's unplanned stop. Her excellent customer care is what the gold standard should be found in any service facility. Once again, thank you for getting the husband back on the road in a timely fashion and making stressful travel moments lessened.
