- BBBranJul 31, 20265.0⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re traveling I-80 through Nevada, the Flying J Travel Center #692 at Exit 352 is a great place to stop. The location is easy to access, with plenty of room for trucks and RVs, making it convenient even during busy travel times. The store was well stocked with snacks, drinks, and travel essentials, and the fuel islands made for a quick and efficient stop. The restrooms were clean, and the staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming. Whether you’re grabbing a fresh cup of coffee, fueling up, or taking a break from a long drive, this travel center has everything you need to get back on the road refreshed. Highly recommended for anyone passing through Wells!

The shower queue in the app showed that I was next in line, so I waited for approximately an hour expecting to be called. When nothing happened, I went to speak with the manager. Instead of explaining the situation or offering a solution, he told me I would not receive a shower until 4:00 AM. I asked why the app showed that I was next if I still had to wait until 4:00 AM, and his response was simply that he was sorry, but it was “not his problem.” If the app is inaccurate, it should not mislead customers into waiting for hours. Professional customer service means taking ownership of issues, not dismissing them. Truck drivers work long hours and depend on accurate information and respectful treatment. This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. I hope Pilot addresses both the inaccurate shower queue system and the poor customer service at this location.
