  Bizarre and terrible experience at this ‘location’ First of all the service desk is just a podium inside the casino with no signs anywhere outside. No one’s ever there (turns out one guy is manning the station and also cleans cars). I call the number on the sign and go through menu options. Some girl picks up and says this is not Enterprise and cusses me out. I won’t go into details of what she said

  Tahoe local here. Needed to get in a car as mine is in the shop. Tried to deal with the place one casino over which was a nightmare. I gave Enterprise a call and spoke with Valerie. She is a GEM. Extremely professional and understanding yet sweet and funny. Definitely needed that after a stressful day dealing with towing a car, dealerships and that whole headache. She was able to get me into a vehicle quickly. When I picked it up, she was just as great in person. Very quick and efficient with the check in process while making sure I had everything I needed. Great experience overall. I will be an Enterprise customer from now on!

  Thank you to Valerie, who was very accommodating when we wanted to swap out the rental. She provided an outstanding service and made our trip even better and more comfortable.
