The service was perfect. Easy to book through Costco. Called from enterprise the day before to confirm. Friendly pickup. Friendly follow up. Easy. Easy. Thank you.

Convenient in the sense that it is right next to all the casinos. Inconvenient because there’s usually only one person working it seems and nobody is ever at the desk when you need them.

Would not recommend this location. We scheduled a last-minute car rental so we could drive around Lake Tahoe. Our reservation was for 12:30. It's going on 1:30 and no one has been at the counter. We called the number listed and no one answered. We called the 1-800 number and a representative said she was able to locate someone who would be with us very soon and she was already sending the reservation number to expedite the process. No one has come. Another couple is waiting to talk to someone to make sure they don't get charged for getting their car on empty. Terrible customer service all the way around
