  They don't seem to want late customers. I came at 4:15 and they would not vacuum the inside of my car. So what are people supposed to do that work all day. I left work early to get my car cleaned including a vacuum on the inside. But they already shut that part down. It doesn't get dark till 8:30 p.m. now It makes no sense to shut down so damn early. I'm handicapped and I really need someone else to clean this thing I'm willing to pay for it but if they're not doing it well that's kind of useless so they pretty much lost a customer with me by shifting their hours like this.

  Terrible Customer Service I called early in the morning still it’s 3 o’clock. Haven’t got no phone call back. I had my windshield replaced the ruin. The sticker went to go get another one and they got a person there that barely speaks. English doesn’t even have a manager‘s number to contact. I called the Customer Service line. Nobody’s returned my call. They have an AI lady there. It’s terrible terrible service still haven’t can’t wash my car. Can’t cancel my policy. Good job Sierra.
