  These guys were the heros of our trip! We are on the road 1400 miles from home and no one else in RENO/SPARKS could help us. Not the dealership, not the "big brand" mechanics. Right from the begining Fen (hope I spelled it right) was helpful and took down our concerns. Same day they had us back on the road!! Saved our whole trip and possibly my sanity. Thanks again guys! We will cherish the keychain memento and remember how much you helped for a long time!

  Santi Auto Care absolutely deserves 5 stars! We were traveling through Reno on a road trip when our check engine light came on, and we were understandably nervous about being so far from home. We called around trying to find someone who could help us, and Santi Auto Care was the only shop in Reno willing to squeeze us in and get us back on the road. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and understanding of our situation. They took the time to look over our vehicle, explain what was going on, and help us feel much more comfortable about continuing our trip. It meant so much to us to find people who were willing to help travelers. Thank you, Santi Auto Care, for going above and beyond when we really needed it! We are incredibly grateful and wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to anyone in the Reno area. You guys truly saved our road trip! ❤️🚗

  They are so kind and helpful! They gave me exactly what I needed and they did it very timely! This is the only place I take my car because I know I’ll be treated right and my car will be good as new when I get it back! Thank you all so much for the exceptional service!

  Overpriced and incompetent. Charged 150$ and quoted 8k for timer chain change. Since it was too much for the old car, took it back. On the way back stopped at another shop. Was charged 1.1k for replacing the serpentine belt and water pot (30$ for diagnosis). The car is running smooth as new.

  I had my first visit with this shop recently. I called the shop accidentally, thinking I was calling another shop. What a pleasant mistake! The shop is very clean; the staff so friendly and very helpful; best experience I have had in all my long years from shops that over charge and dishonesty. I have finally found a shop where I will go to for all my automobile needs. I highly recommend with 10 golden stars!
