  This location has the poorest customer service. 👎👎. Also there gas prices are constantly changing on there sign. Can’t trust them . Go somewhere else. Burritos are cold too!

  My mother recently stopped at Maverik after getting off work at Renown to get gas. Unfortunately, the pump she was using was not working properly, so she went inside and politely asked the cashier if someone could help her. Instead of offering assistance or even trying to help troubleshoot the issue, the cashier told my mother she couldn’t do anything because she was the only person working and could not leave the front counter. My mother understood that the employee was working alone, but the way she was spoken to was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. My mother ultimately had to move her vehicle to a different pump just to be able to get gas. I understand that employees can be busy, especially when working alone, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. A simple explanation or a polite attempt to assist would have made a big difference. This was a very disappointing experience and, unfortunately, the customer service is definitely lacking. I hope management addresses this situation and reminds staff that even when they are busy, customers deserve to be treated respectfully. -Reno Local

  This is a perfect stop for gas and snacks! It's extremely clean and the customer service is awesome. An employee by the name of Sammy was very kind and helpful.
