This place is awesome. The people that work there are super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I have been a customer here for just over a year. In that time, I bought a set of tires for my truck and a new battery. However, a couple of days ago, I brought in a flat UTV tire to be fixed. Before I even had a chance to open the tailgate, someone came out from the shop and unloaded the tire/wheel for me - which I thought was really excellent customer service. I went inside to check in and they said they’d give me a call when it was ready. I took my dog for a walk and just as we finished, I got the call. Tire fixed and ready for pick up. I walked in to pay the bill and, to my surprise, there was no charge. I informed the person at the counter that I had not purchased the UTV tire from Les Schwab and he said “No problem. There’s still no charge for the repair, sir.” Anyway, let’s just say I’m very impressed. I’ve got another truck and my wife’s car that will be due for tires in the next 6 months. One guess as to where I’ll be buying them! Thanks for the fantastic customer service, Les Schwab!
Les Schwab has outrageous pricing for mounting and balancing!
We bought tires at Tire Rack a while back. We didn't need to install them right away, but decided to have it done this week. Our regular shop wasn't available for 2 weeks, so we thought we'd try out our new neighborhood Les Schwab...
The cost of mounting and balancing was not disclosed when we dropped off our car. So, we were shocked at pick up to discover we were being charged $168 (37 + 5 disposal each). That is nearly double what we recently paid our regular shop $96 (21 + 3 disposal each tire) for our other car.
While we probably should have asked at drop off. Mounting and balancing typically costs $18-25 at most shops in town. We didn't expect the lowest price, or even our regular shop's price, but $37 per tire is nothing short of THEFT.
This shop may have ripped us off for $60-70 this time, but never again. Now, we know for certain where we will NOT be doing business for anything with our cars in the future.

I took my vehicle here after jiffy lube told me I needed all new breaks and calipers, both front and rear and they wanted to charge me 1400+ dollars. I don’t know much about brakes so I didn’t do it on the spot, my friend told me about Les Schwab so I brought the car here to get the brakes inspected. They said my front brakes were perfectly fine, and that I only needed rear brakes and it would only be 550 dollars.
I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on because of their choice to have honesty and integrity above earning a dollar due to my ignorance. I can’t express how happy I am about this, life is expensive as it is so to have them save me almost 1,000 dollars by not choosing to take advantage of me is wonderful. Thanks to all the staff, you guys are great and I will recommend all the other tradesman I work with to your business after this experience. Also jiffy lube should be ashamed of themselves, be warned if you are told anything from those guys.

Well once again, Mike and his team
Hit a Grand Slam for me. I damaged one of my trailer tires day before yesterday
While mike was on vacation, he was kind enough to have sam.Order me up a tire, get it here within a day.And swap it out within an hour. I can't think him and his team enough for always taking care of me.And my family.
Thx Troy Crawford

So friendly and helpful, they greet you in the parking lot, then take your vehicle in fast. The service is unbelievable, and so are the repairs, they keep you informed with your cars status. Why go anywhere else.
