  Received some recommendations from other drivers at the local Cars & Coffee and also met one of the Bimmer Experts Technicians, Sonny, at the same event. Very happy with the work done on my E92's initial visit, the vast knowledge and experience base of my platforms, and the attention to detail. They knew exactly what I was describing over the phone and knocked it out. Glad to have found a good shop that is also an active participant in the Reno BMW enthusiast community.

  Not the greatest experience. Took my G87 M2 to have a midpipe installed and was charged $560 for 3 hours of labor for a midpipe!? After waiting 5 hours they call and tell me its ready for pick up only to be told when I got there that they had stripped and bent both the V band clamps on the exhaust. They claim that it was because the clamps were cheap (I'm sure they used an impact or just over torqued them till they broke) Their only solution, "just go buy better ones from summit." They gave me the car back knowing the V bands are barely held on. Now I have to order new clamps and just fix it myself. If you're getting an exhaust installed go somewhere else because they'll damage it and charge you full price.

  Bimmer Experts of Reno is fantastic!! This is more than just a car — it’s a family story. My grandfather ordered this BMW new in 1988, when I was just a year old. For the past 37 years, it’s been part of countless memories, milestones, and family moments. When we moved to Reno, the semi trailer carrying it caught fire and burned to the ground. Sadly, the BMW was a total loss in the fire as well. 😭 A Huge Huge thanks to John and the entire team at Bimmer Experts of Reno, After more than a year repairing the car, it’s finally back where it belongs, with the family! Just in time for convertible weather, cruising with our kids, hair in the wind, exactly how I remember it when I was a kid, proof that some stories deserve another chapter.

They take care of our vehicles very well, prices are fare but most important they are supper honest.
