  Not the greatest experience. Took my G87 M2 to have a midpipe installed and was charged $560 for 3 hours of labor for a midpipe!? After waiting 5 hours they call and tell me its ready for pick up only to be told when I got there that they had stripped and bent both the V band clamps on the exhaust. They claim that it was because the clamps were cheap (I'm sure they used an impact or just over torqued them till they broke) Their only solution, "just go buy better ones from summit." They gave me the car back knowing the V bands are barely held on. Now I have to order new clamps and just fix it myself. If you're getting an exhaust installed go somewhere else because they'll damage it and charge you full price.

  Bimmer Experts of Reno is fantastic!! This is more than just a car — it’s a family story. My grandfather ordered this BMW new in 1988, when I was just a year old. For the past 37 years, it’s been part of countless memories, milestones, and family moments. When we moved to Reno, the semi trailer carrying it caught fire and burned to the ground. Sadly, the BMW was a total loss in the fire as well. 😭 A Huge Huge thanks to John and the entire team at Bimmer Experts of Reno, After more than a year repairing the car, it’s finally back where it belongs, with the family! Just in time for convertible weather, cruising with our kids, hair in the wind, exactly how I remember it when I was a kid, proof that some stories deserve another chapter.

Before purchasing my Dodge Bimmer Expert's Sonny did a full check up on the van. they give you a full and unbiased review of vehicle so we can purchase knowing exactly what we are buying . They take care of our vehicles very well, prices are fare but most important they are supper honest.

  Chris was great. They are quick to diagnose issues. They didn’t just check my complaint issue which was nice. They checked everything. I felt like I was able to make a fully informed decision about fixing my car. I didn’t feel like I was a nuisance when I called a bunch of times with questions about the inspection report or the work that was needed to do. I will only be bringing my bmw here moving forward
