  Ive been going to Andys for years and will not be returning or recommending to anyone. Under Andy I had nothing but good experiences, in depth explanations of issues and more than understandable costs but since the change in ownership the quality in service has severely dropped while the costs have seriously spiked. I have given them multiple chances because I wanted to believe things would get better, but every visit has been more disappointing. My most recent visit was to get general 120k service done and check an engine clicking noise. They changed the oils/fluids but barely acknowledged the clicking noise which was the main issue. After I picked it up, I had to bring two mechanics with me just to show them the noise was still there, and they acknowledged it but still didnt fix anything. The worst of my experiences was that they also rotated my tires but didnt set the pressure correctly, my brakes were very stiff and grinding for a while afterward and a lug nut fell off my front right tire after a few days. Luckily i noticed it before driving and sheer chance it didnt happen on the freeway or somewhere worse. They also charged me $180 to "diagnose" a check engine light that i had already told them the code/issue for. Then their recommended fixes seemed more like guesses than genuine diagnostics that would follow an in depth review of a problem. Their solution was essentially, "Lets replace this part, and if that doesnt fix it, well replace something else and maybe thatll work". Between the unresolved engine issue(s), poor workmanship, drastic increase in costs, and genuine dangerous after-work issues (grinding brakes and lug nut falling off), I have lost all confidence in this business.

  The new owners are absolutely amazing! Pricing was affordable and the service was quick. This shop will definitely be my go to place for all of my vehicle repairs :)

  Great shop! Pictures sent to email and are given repair rating on what to get fixed. I've had multiple things repaired, due to an inherited vehicle, and will bring it back to continue getting it fixed.
