I had some work done at Allen‘s on my truck and a number of months later I noticed a knocking sound and brought it back in and they verified that it fell under the warranty they provided and they were great about it .Just went ahead to the repair and got it fixed up, couldn’t say enough about it.. It’s really a good experience to have a company that stands by thier Warranty.

I went through something traumatizing this past week. I pulled into Allen's Auto for help turns out my alignment was off from the accident. I walked in and it was easy from Point A to Point B and C. Jason and his Assistant driver made everything so easy for me. They took me to work and they picked me back up after work. My car alignment! Better than its ever been! They made my day so much better. Thanks Gentleman Your my go to. 🙌

They were so helpful and nice. We are about to drive to Seattle when the check engine light came on. They helped me check the code and let me know I was safe to make the drive.

Jason and Justen were so nice. I was there for quite a while but Jason apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience. The shop dog was pretty cute too! He wouldn’t leave me alone since I walked in. I definitely would go back!
