  Valvoline,on S Meadows Pkwy, is absolutely the BEST!! Jefferson & Gorge were so friendly and professional! They did my oil change, checked my fluids, lights, and tire pressure. Everything was done quick and efficiently. It was a very pleasant experience!

  Wow! Nordstrom service at an oil change? Love this place. You don't even get out of your car. They remove your cabin filter right in front of you so you can see if you need changed. Mine was filthy. Super friendly and professional staff. I discovered this place when I had a real estate listing right around the corner, it's not the closest to my home, but I continue to go back here as it's the best oil change experience I've had, every time. Keep up the great work!

  Miguel did the oil change. He was quick. Amazing & Jefferson was also amazing Walked me through everything & showed me. explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend them both. They also topped everything off & aired up my tires. Customer service was top notch.

  The staff took me for my oil change even though there was only a few minutes before close. They were friendly and concise with everything they were doing. They pointed out that I had a nail in my tire which made sense on why I kept loosing air so frequently. This is definitely my favorite place to go when it comes to oil changes and standard work for my car..thank you for the professionalism and quick service

  I originally left a very positive review because the service seemed convenient, the staff were friendly, and my vehicle appeared to be well taken care of. I even felt good about paying extra for additional services. However, the next day while driving around town, my vehicle alerted me that the PSI sensors were unresponsive — something I have never had an issue with until after this visit to Valvoline. I remembered being told that all tire pressures were checked and set to 35 PSI, and it was noted on my invoice. So I contacted customer service, received a claim number, and was told the store manager would call me. Dean called about an hour later, but immediately dismissed any responsibility and blamed the issue on the manufacturer. There was no attempt to investigate, no accountability, just the usual “not our fault” response that too many auto service companies fall back on. It’s frustrating because they were the last ones to touch my vehicle, yet they refused to acknowledge the possibility that the issue occurred during service. If I could give zero stars, I would. At this point, I cannot recommend taking your vehicle here — even for a simple oil change — because you may end up dealing with new problems afterward.
