- MBMax Bruno1 day ago1.0I called their LOCAL number, to be answered by a robo attendant. After a needlessly laborious process I was able to speak to an actual human, who assured me this facility could change the oil in my Ford E450-based bus "as long as it was under 10.5 feet tall." She even confirmed that the needed oil and filter was in stock, and that no appointment was needed. I drove over only to be told that "We can't take a vehicle of this size. Who did you talk to? Oh, that's just someone at our call center, not here on premises." I pointed out to the "manager" that dumping a caller into a distant call center was unhelpful and a mistreatment of a prospective customer, to which he sarcastically remarked that "he'd have the number changed." Right. I'll take ALL my business elsewhere.

How do 3 cars pull in after me get full service done before I can even get in the bay for a simple oil change?? I’ll take my money elsewhere. Not to mention last time they forgot two of my valve stem caps after checking pressure. Place is overpriced anyways!

During my transmission fluid change, a bolt got stripped. They let me know but had to order one. I got a call the next day that it was ready and they had me in and out in 15 minutes. That's why I'll go to them first.
