- WCWade Christensen1 day ago1.0Charged $149 for fuel filter change. 1 filter and no fluids. How can a fuel filter be more than an oil change with a filter and 10 quarts of Full synthetic oil. Tried to talk to management and corporate about price and no answers or reasons given. Fix the problem please
- DJDavid James1 day ago1.0Been going here many years , they were pretty solid before and convenient, not anymore. Crew is too young and inexperienced now, I didnt recognize any of them , as obviously they have new staff. A young worker ripped my Hemi engine cover off for no reason , he thought the oil filter was there , that basically tells you all you need to know. Tire gauge covers were not put back, windshield washer fluid overfilled. Took quite a long time for my Son to reseat the engine cover properly, as I am disabled and can no longer work on my car. Manager was rude, offered nothing but a coupon, coupons are a nothing with valvoline as they are obviously always available online. I escalated my complaint, no response. Last time , never going back, sticking to professionals from now on. Valvoline is now on the level of trusting Walmart or Jiffy Lube with your second most valuable possession after your home , not a wise decision.
- FCFabian Ciprian5 days ago5.0They take their job seriously, give great service, and don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need! I really appreciate Manny and crew, they take pride in their work and work with a sense of urgency. Courteous and respectful. Thank you guys! Will always recommend this shop and continue to do business here. Trust is key and it’s hard to trust my vehicle with others but these guys got it! Thanks again!
