I was treated with courtesy and respect. Optional services, like changing the interior air filter and wiper blades, were offered politely and only took a single "no thanks" to move on. The work ethic and customer service was outstanding. For any parents who don't approve of this type of work for their child, consider the universal employability and career mobility, of what I have observed every time at Valvoline. That might be a good start for a parent & child discussion to have about building a rewarding career path for themself.
