  Really easy access on Keitzke no need to go into RNO airport terminal. This is really great for locals or someone doesn't need a car immediately at RNO. Pricing is decent including insurance. These cars don't look like rentals either if you're going to high risk spots in California

  We are frequent travelers, and this is the best rental experience we have ever had. There was no hassle, the vehicle we originally requested is what we received, staff at the site were very nice, and the shuttle was timely and clean. Considering the quality of vehicle we received, we got an excellent deal on the rental amount.

  Sixt has now become my vendor choice for business travel. The car selection options are great and the staff has always been professional and friendly.

  BEWARE and insist on prerental inspection, do not rely on app to log preexisting damage. Recent rental started off fine at desk in airport however we noticed significant scratches and dents in the SUV at pick up. I walked back in and asked the lady to walk the car with me and she declined saying I could use the app to record pick up condition. App did not work, I had a few photos of the biggest problems I noticed. At return 2 people went over the car and informed me there were scratches present that were previously not reported on the car. Our rental was parked most of our trip and we did not have any accidents. No way to prove a negative. Will avoid in the future. Take video

  I can’t say , How much I’m grateful for sixt team at Reno . Our flight landed late due to delay after Sixt rental closure timings . Mid flight I tried to reach Sixt support to know what are my options given rental is closed ( they said unfortunately you need to pick in the morning) we were flying with 2 toddlers and our original plan was to rent car in Reno and drive to Tahoe where our stay was booked. As we landed where I was panicky trying to book a hotel stay at Reno or look for other car rentals , I received a call from Sixt Reno mentioning they were waiting for us right from bus driver victoria n Sixt personnel Seinna picked us up and took us to rentals where Juan made sure all the formalities were quickly taken care and ensured we drove safely until we left the facility. All of a sudden everything felt lighter and original plan was in place . All coz of great Sixt team who saw we have 2 toddlers and they waited patiently even after their working ours . Amazing customer service hats off team
