- MHMillers HouseAug 29, 20265.0We greatly appreciate the expertise and wonderful customer service. Walt was more than helpful and met all of our needs. Thank you Walt and Sierra Car Care!
- MRMonica RichardsonAug 28, 20265.0The team at Sierra Car Care, Walt, Mike and the guys, are super honest, efficient, and quick! I went in on Thursday to have a nail removed and the hole plugged in my tire. Unfortunately due to the location, this was not possible. The tech showed me why a plug/patch wouldn’t work but filled up my tire. Then, Mike came out and said he could get some good, reliable tires and get me back on the road. I was suspicious but remembered that my son recommended this place because they are so trustworthy. They gave me a great deal and got me out the door SO fast! I highly recommend Sierra Car Care!

- TYT “Blue” YagerAug 28, 20261.0So I was sent there by Reno Tire Pro's and O'Reilly's to get an estimate on my a/c repair, Yea ok ! First off the Manager Walt wasn't even there so some other Guy acting as assistant Manager was outright Rude, he didn't and wouldn't help me at all when I asked if he knew any other places that.does a/c estimates and repair he said NO, Ok so you won't help me and you don't want anyone else to help me either! Wow what a nice auto shop unbelievable!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND IM GOING TO TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO EITHER!! IVE NEVER SEEN OR HEARD OF ANY AUTO SHOP THAT OUTRIGHT WONT HELP AT ALL IN ANY CAPACITY, I THINK THEY NEED SOME NEW EMPLOYEES!!
- TWTari WJul 29, 20265.0I have an old beat up car that’s always giving me issues and these guys have been so wonderful! They’ve had to deal with me walking in at all hours with all sorts of issues and have been so kind and helpful every time, the prices have all been super reasonable and they’ve always been super up front about what I actually need and what can wait as well as what I’m paying for and why it costs that, I used to always be stressed about getting work done on my car but they’ve somehow made it an actually pleasant experience, would definitely recommend!!
