  I thought that he did a very good job and it looked great but when I got into my car the next day I found little pieces of Glass on my passenger seat and on my dashboard so even though he was very nice and seem to have done a good job and I was happy with most of it I was shocked to find the little pieces of glass in my car! Believe it or not I would still use them again but I would certainly bring that incident up to make sure it never happens again

  A great job every time. Everything is like nothing ever happened! Had to adjust the window washer sprayers, no problem for me. But if it were another person. It might have been a bad experience.

  I just love them. As a working Mom, the mobile service is extremely convenient. Their staff is always so friendly, and their technicians are timely, efficient and professional.

  I love that Safelite was able to come to my work to replace my windshield. The technician called before arriving and I was able to give him some instructions as I was not able to go out and meet him. He did the work and called me when he was finished and gave me instructions on the Windshield. This is the 4 time I have used them and I highly recommend them.

  WARNING: super frustrating and scammy process with how they bill clients vs insurance. I had a windshield and recalibration replacement quoted at $1107.87 (deductible is $1000). when the tech arrived they said they cant do the recalibration because of modifications to my truck, but they would remove that charge from my quote. I said OK great, as long as im not being charged I dont need recalibration and i would no longer like to go through insurance because it is now less than my deductable. when work was completed I was still charged $1107.87 - after inquiring how this could be, it was explained to me that prices change based on insurance vs cash payment (material/labor/service costs go up if not going through insurance). so even though I received less service (no recalibration) I was still charged the same amount as I was quoted with recalibration. I could not ascertain any discernible reason for this except that they changed prices and labor costs to ensure that I would go through my insurance. very disappointed in the lack of transparency and felt grifted by their pricing structures and communication. no one "likes" having to replace a windshield, but honestly how this whole thing went down felt like an absolute scam. never going with safeflite again.
