  Using Safelite has been a major headache and I do not recommend, especially if you have any type of cargo van or camper van. When you replace your windshield with an insurance claim you have the choice of going anywhere you want, next time I'll either go directly to the dealer or to a locally owned shop. Because my camper van sometimes carries water (water tank was empty at time of service) they refused to calibrate the camera after installing my windshield. Now, other shops don't want to recalibrate because they did not install the windshield. Every other shop I've spoken to says this is ridiculous - it is a cargo van, and is meant to carry heavy things at times, and so long as it was empty during the recalibration it should be fine. I'm still dealing with this, and I really regret using Safelite.

  Safelite goes above and beyond! From the ease of scheduling online, the next day appointments and the excellent service the tech's provide. I have used Safelite multiple times personally and for our fleet of commercial vehicles. It has always been wonderful experience!

  It’s never fun having to replace a windscreen, but safelite made for an easy and professional service. Along the way, I had different representative speaking to me about the things that were being done to the car, I also received text updates, which was helpful as well.

  First two appointments were at night. We cancelled the first, the installer cancelled the second stating he wouldn't be able to come until after 7pm (appt time was 5-7). We rebooked for an am appt. The installer did a great job - no problems. She was efficient, timely and professional. 2018 Chrysler Pacifica

  I never spoke with a technician; I have been spoiled by other automobile service places with some kind of contact. The receptionist was very nice so I appreciated that aspect. The car was ready much sooner than I thought it would be so I appreciated that as well. Thank you for partially washing the rear window (BTW - the wiper on that window is moveable so it would have been nice if you had washed the entire window). Also, where did you take my car for a drive and why the need to move my seat and the mirrors without returning them to the original position? Just a bit of annoyance. Thank you.
