- LKLocke Knight1 day ago1.0Got my windshield replaced. Before the tech came out my CarPlay worked just fine, after she left I couldn’t get my voice text or calls to work so I pulled out the top console to check the mic since they had accessed it to calibrate the camera and the microphone cable was cut.
- BBBrenda Barrier2 days ago5.0Our service tech Jadon was an absolute knowledgeable, professional, extremely courteous, and very punctual. I would recommend him and Safelite to all that need new windshields or glass repair absolutely professional service.
- MLMichael LauchaireOct 5, 20265.0Very friendly staff and super helpful glass technician. He even vacuumed out my entire front floor of my truck. I will definitely be back again the next time I need glass repair or replacement.
- JPJim PostonSep 30, 20265.0Safelite was integrated into the USAA website, making it dead simple to figure out net cost and schedule an appointment at my home. On my first appointment, the tech called when he was on his way and arrived at the time indicated. Unfortunately, he brought a windshield that didn't have a shade band as my original did, so I had to reschedule a few days out to get the correct windshield. My 2nd appointment was similar, announced ahead of time, right on time, and done quickly & professionally. I'll do it again if I get another cracked windshield!
- MJMaria JaureguiSep 30, 20265.0I had been putting off the replacement of my windshield, had I known how seamless, easy, convenient, and the superior caliber of technician I would have done it sooner. Thank you so much for a painless quick fix!
