Kro-Built Inc. gave us absolutely wonderful service. Even though they didn’t have the part we needed on hand, a technician still came out to help us figure out exactly where our brakes needed to be plugged in. He pulled everything up on the computer, walked us through it clearly, and even pointed us toward another shop where we might be able to get the part the same day. He also gave us his card in case we needed to order the part later — just genuinely helpful, no pressure, and great customer care. It’s rare to find a shop that goes out of their way like this. Highly recommend Kro-Built Inc. for anyone needing trailer parts or guidance. Their service is top‑tier.
